扩张型心肌病心律失常的观察及护理

【摘要】目的讨论扩张型心肌病心律失常的观察及护理方法。方法对36例患者出现心

律失常的种类、发生率、观察及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 36例患者有32例患者发生心律失常，发生率为88．9%。34例好转出院，2例猝死，2例死于严重心力衰竭。结论准确的观察及护理能及时发现并有效控制扩张型心肌病患者恶性心律失常的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the observation and the nursing method of Dilated cardiomyopathy arrhythmia.MethodsPresents the heart rate abnormal type,the formation rate,the observation and the nursing method to 36 sufferers carry on the review analysis.Results36 sufferers have 32 sufferers to take place arrhythmia,the rate was 88．9%.34 patients improved discharged,2 cases of sudden death,2 patients died of serious heart failure.ConclusionAccurate observation and nursing can discover in time also the effect control the m alignant arrhythmia of Dilated cardiomyopathy patient.

扩张型心肌病(DCM)半数以上均伴随明显心律失常，可见于病程中任何阶段，至今尚无特异性治疗方法，预后极差，5年生存率不足50%[1]，近年来，其发病率在我国有逐渐上升的趋势。因此，我们对本院2004年9月至2007年12月确诊为扩张型心肌病的36例患者总结护理经验如下。
