2008托业杯华东地区名企联合招聘大赛

一．活动背景：

随着中国国际化进程的加速, 通行全球的职业英语测评标准——托业考试（TOEIC）正在被越来越多的国际化企业和机构所接受并广泛应用；同时，托业考试也为广大高校学子提前了解国际职场,提升求职竞争力提供了宽广的平台。

本次托业杯华东地区名企联合招聘大赛将架起一座学生和企业沟通的桥梁，搭建学生和企业交流的平台：为企业提供走进在校生群体的机会，使企业能够了解高校教育状况，有针对性地开展人力资源工作；让同学们真切感受求职面试的过程，以及时根据自身的特长和社会的要求，做好职业规划以应对日益激烈的就业竞争，从而达到学生实现自身价值和企业发展的双赢。

活动时间：2008年3月-5月

四．活动流程

第一轮：活动宣传，简历投递及筛选（3月10日-4月5日）

第二轮：托业英语测试及综合能力（4月13日）

第三轮：面试评选（4月19日，4月20日）

第四轮：复赛（5月11日）

第五轮：决赛（5月18日）

Roles & Responsibilities: To work as part of a team of professional business advisors and accountants to meet the needs of our clients：To review clients’accounts and report to shareholders on the financial status of the company;

To appraise the effectiveness of clients’financial systems;

To consult with clients to solve other complex business problems.

Requirements: We are looking for graduates from business or accounting background who can demonstrate:

·Java/J2EE Software Engineer

Job Description:

Collect the business requirements for the financial product, and design & develop the logic modular for the product with Java/J2EE technology.

Analysis the project business requirements, and write the business requirements document & design document.

Design & optimize the interface for the modular to be easy for the integration with other products.

Optimize the algorithm of the logic modular, including program algorithm optimization & database optimization, to match the relative performance requirements of the modular to be a backend of the web applications.

Flash design is preferred

·Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities: As part of the Creative Team, you are responsible for collaborating with Senior Designers and Art Directors to create graphics. This will include layout design for our Clients’interactive sites, character design, collateral, packaging, and storyboards.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Graphic Arts,

Fine Arts, or Interactive Design.

Personal attributes:

Pleasant demeanor, resourceful & dedicated, responsible, fast learner & looking to grow.

Must be a good communicator, and possess the ability to work in a team oriented environment.

Must be able to multi-task on a number of projects, from various clients.

Must possess good studio skills.

Design Skills:

Must have a good “design eye”.

A strong sense of proportion, color and typography.

Basic understanding of print production.

Computer skills:

Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design

Understanding of Flash would be a plus.

·Flash Designer

Requirements:

·策划编辑助理

职责：协助策划编辑从事海外考试类图书的出版：

市场调研，选题策划，版权引进；

对整个出版流程进行监控；

制定宣传推广方案并实施。

要求：热爱编辑出版事业；

英语专业或托业800分以上；

熟悉各类海外考试；

有创新思维，又能踏实工作；

开朗自信，善于与人交往。

·金融信息化联盟网站采编（志愿者岗位），若干名

岗位职责：负责金融联盟网站某栏目的策划，内容更新、专题采编和制作

要求：

对金融、IT领域感兴趣，对金融信息化发展有一定的了解，并有个人见解

拥有一定文案编辑，文笔流畅、熟悉策划、文案流程，具有较强的策划写作能力和理解能力；

具备金融、IT等相关行业的实践经验优先

富有激情、踏实肯干、创新意识强

具有强烈进取心、求知欲及团队合作能力，有较强的沟通及协调能力

·金融信息科技项目网站美工设计（志愿者岗位），2名

岗位职责：独立完成相关公益性网站页面设计

要求：

具有良好的版式设计、色彩感和整体布局感觉；

具有良好的网页及平面设计能力、美术创意；

熟悉网站制作语言如HTML等；

富有团队合作精神和责任感，用于接受挑战；

·金融信息科技教育项目平面设计（志愿者岗位），2名

职位描述：负责设计与制作相关海报、宣传册、招贴等

要求：

具有扎实的美术功底与色彩感，能准确把握整体风格；

熟练使用相关制图工具软件，能够快速而高质量地完成设计工作工作细心、责任心强

拥有一定实践经验优先

·学习顾问

主要职责：

教授英语课程，做好授课计划和准备；

管理测验和考试；

负责学生的学习服务，包括学生的上课记录考勤及学习情况跟踪；

负责学校实验室值班，维持实验室秩序，并解答学生提出的相关问题；

协助处理学生投诉事宜，及时反馈学生意见；

协助举办包括课外活动在内的学校各项教学活动。

要求：

英语本科以上学历，TEM8；

流利的英语口语能力

良好的沟通技巧；

负责，有耐心，充满激情，有感染力；

优秀的授课经验和技巧者优先；

·市场专员

主要职责：

负责进行行业市场调研，分析竞争对手和目标市场的调查，跟踪同行业竞争者的市场动态；

负责协助主管进行中心市场渠道的开拓和维护；

对中心的地区市场推广等活动进行具体操作并反馈；

负责中心市场工作涉及到的各类软、硬文案的撰写；

要求：

市场营销或相关专业；

具备良好的市场活动策划、媒介公关及市调分析能力；

责任心强，工作认真严谨；

良好的沟通能力；

有市场领域工作经验者优先；
