摘要:转型期的中国需要价值共识和信仰驱动。以信仰为视角，敬业核心价值观的基本要求是对自己的

职业充分认知、高度认同和积极践行。敬业信仰具有突出劳动至上性、强调集体利益与个人利益的辩证统一，

并以人的自由全面发展为最高目标等特征。培育敬业信仰、增强敬业精神既是个体实现自我价值和社会价

值，追求成就感和幸福感的重要基础，也是国家社会得以发展前行的动力源泉。然而，由于一些客观条件和主

体原因的限制，制约敬业信仰的因素仍然存在。因此，需要从国家宏观层面和个体微观两个维度来探讨敬业

信仰的现实意义和实践路径。

On the Core Values of Professional Dedication

From the Perspective of Beliefs

Abstract ： China needs the value consensus and the driving of beliefs during the transitional period. From the perspective of beliefs, the basic requirem ents of the core values of professional dedication include full cognition of career,high identification and active practice. There are such characteristics

in the beliefs of professional dedication as outstanding w ork first, em phasizing the dialectical unifica-tion of collective interests and personal interests, regarding people' s free all - round development a s the highest goal,etc. B oth cultivating beliefs of the professional dedication and strengthening profes-sional ethics are not only the im portant basis,on which individuals can realize self - value and social

-value, pursue the sense of accomplishment and happiness, but also the source of power, by which the nation and society can develop further. However,due to som e objective conditions and the subjec-

tive reasons, the lim itation factors in beliefs of professional dedication still exist. Accordingly, w e should discuss the realistic significance and practical path in beliefs of professional dedication from

tw o dim ensions ： the national macro - level and the individual micro - level.
