专科应届毕业生进入本科阶段学习的通知

校内相关教学单位、职能处，二级学院和跨校专升本对口学校：根据《四川省教育厅关于2011年普通高等学校选拔优秀专科生进入本科阶段学习的通知》（川教…2011?52号文件）的精神，对2011年度优秀普通专科毕业生校内和跨校升入本科阶段学习（以下简称“专升本”）的选拔工作做以下安排：

一、选拔原则

1.同类专业均采用同一选拔模式，统一考题，统一录取。

2.以闭卷笔试成绩为主要依据进行选拔录取。各专业均确定3门课程

（其中一门为专业综合课），统一组织考试，具体科目详见第三条。

二、选拔范围及报考条件

（一）选拔范围

1.2011年“专升本”工作在我校及专升本对口学校2011届普通专科应届毕业学生中开展，录取总指标不超过2011年应届专科毕业生总人数的5%；户籍在我省，具有普通高职（专科）毕业学历的退役士兵（以下简称“退役士兵”）也可报名参加我校会计学、市场营销、网络工程及雷电防护科学与技术等四个专业的专升本考试选拔。

2.报考条件

（1）在校（或在部队）期间政治思想表现优秀，身心健康。

（2）对在校学生，截止“专升本”考试时间，已按教学计划修读所有课程且在校期间重修课程记录累计不超过3门；

其它条件合格的学生，如果重修课程记录累计不超过3门但尚待重修，可以先报名参加选拔考试，待重修课程成绩全部合格后才能进入录取程序；

受到纪律处分，或重修课程记录累计超过3门者，如在其后的学期获得学校及以上级别的各类奖励或为学校争得各项荣誉者，可以由本人提出申请经所在学院同意，报我校教务处批准后，参加选拔。

（3）退役士兵除满足上述条件外，须同时提交普通高职（专科）毕业证和士兵退役证原件及复印件。其他条件满足，在考试期间毕业证待办并有所在学校出具的书面证明的，可先报名参加考试，待毕业证颁发后才能进入录取程序。

三、考试与考核科目（见下页）

2011年5月28日上午 9:00-11:00 大学英语；

2011年5月28日下午 14:00-16:00 综合（其中艺术类综合:13:00-17:00）

2011年5月29日上午 9:00-11:00 高等数学（理工类）；

大学计算机基础（文管类）；

五、选拔工作流程

1.组织报名及数据上报

（1）凡符合选拔条件的本校学生，在规定时间内到所在学院报名，并交纳考试费用（标准见附件一）；各学院审核整理报名信息，以电子表格（EXCEL）方式制作报名汇总表（内容格式见附件二）后统一上报教务处。

（2）二级学院和跨校专升本对口学校由其专升本工作主管部门统一组织报名审核、收费和数据上报工作；并在5月16日以前向我校教务处提供

打印名单（加盖公章有效）及其电子文档各一份。

（3）退役士兵（含外校退役士兵）直接到我校教务处报名。

2.考试：获准参考的学生根据具体安排按时参加选拔考试。

3.录取工作

（1）录取原则：

①根据学生“专升本”考试总成绩进行排序，从高分到低分确定升本名单。

②考试科目相同的专业将统一使用录取指标。

③通过四川省大学英语三级及以上考试者，录取时在同等条件下优先考虑。

④进入录取名单但尚有专科阶段课程未重修的学生进入待录取名单，重修全部合格后方能正式录取。

（2）公布拟录取学生名单和待录取名单。

（3）将录取名单上报四川省教育厅。

4.专升本学生教学管理工作

（1）二级学院和跨校专升本对口学校应在学生专升本录取名单公布后一周内将升本学生的学籍档案集中报我校学生处，升本学生所涉及的专业培养方案集中报我校教务处，逾期将不再受理。与此同时，各二级学院和跨校专升本对口学校应按规定向学生颁发专科毕业证书及进行电子注册。

（2）专升本学生入学后编入相应本科专业的三年级，其在专科阶段所修课程成绩由学校按规定予以认定后计入本科成绩，其它相关学籍管理、电子注册及毕业证书发放按照教育部有关规定执行。

六、注意事项：

1.原则上考生只能报考学校划定的与自己专科专业相同或相近的本科专业。

2.已经与用人单位签订工作协议的专科毕业生，其工作关系必须自行妥善处理，如发生法律纠纷，由学生本人负责。

3.请各部门工作人员严格按第二条规定的内容审核参加升本学生的资格，如在选拔工作过程中发现不符条件的，将立即取消该学生升本资格，一切责任由相关人员承担。

关于2011年度“专升本”考试的收费通知

根据《教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部关于进一步规范高校教育收费管理若干问题的通知》第一条第三款：“高校根据国家有关规定，代教育行政部门或自行组织硕士、博士研究生入学考试，在职人员攻读硕士、博士学位入学考试，同等学历人员申请硕士、博士学位水平考试，网络教育学生入学考试，专升本考试……，向参加考试的考生收取考试费。高校其他教育考试收费按照相关文件规定执行”。同时参考川价函…2007?98号文，2011年我校拟对“专升本”学生收取的报名费为80元/人。

请各学院（含二级学院和跨校专升本对口学校）在规定的报名时间内将报名汇总表和考试费用交计财处，同时将报名汇总表的纸质材料及电子文档（EXCEL格式）上报教务处。
