输气工艺题库 1. 天然气──从自然界中开采出来的、以碳氢化合物为主的可燃气体叫天然气。 2. 天然气的组成──以甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、丁烷、戊烷为微量的重碳氢化合物和少量的其他气体如氮气、氦气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、水汽、有机硫等组成。 3. 天然气的分类──(一)按天然气的来源分类:(1.)油田伴生气 (2.)气井气(3.)凝析气井气(二)按凝析油含量分类(1)干气:甲烷含量占90%以上。(2)湿气:甲烷含量低于90%,而甲、乙、丙、丁、戊烷含量占10%以上。(三)按含硫量分类:(1)无硫和微硫(2)低含硫(3)中含硫(4)高含硫。 4. 天然气的含水量:研究含水量的意义──(1)对金属产生腐蚀(2)形成水化物堵塞管道、阀门、仪表(3)增大输气阻力(4)降低天然气的燃烧值。(5)增加管理费用。 5. 相对湿度──单位体积天然气含水量与相同条件下(温度、压力)饱合状态空气含水量的比值。 6. 露点──在压力一定时,天然气中水蒸气达到饱和时的温度。 7. 天然气的燃烧值──单位体积、天然气燃烧时所产生的热值。 8. 影响天然气爆炸范围的因素:(1)温度的影响:温度越高爆炸范围越大。(2)压力的影响:压力增大、低线变化不大,而高线明显增加。(3)含惰性气体多少的影响:含惰性气体越多、爆炸范围越小。 9. 临界压力──在临界温度下、由气体变成液体的最小压力。 10. 临界温度──使气体变成液体的最高温度,当高于临界温度时、无论用多大的压力也不能把气体变成液体。 11. 节流效应──气体遇到压力突变时(例节气阀)引起温度极剧降低、甚至结冰,这种现象叫节流效应。 12. 节流效应的用途及危害:(1)危害:产生水合物堵塞管道、仪表和设备。(2)用途:用节流降温可以除去天然气中的水和凝析油。 13. 形成水合物的条件:(1)气体处于水气过饱和状态或有液态水存在。(2)有足够的压力或足够的温度。(3)甚至还要有辅助条件{1}压力被动{2}流向突变产生搅动{3}晶体存在。 14. 防止水合物形成的方法:(1)长输管线上安装分水器,排出冷凝水。(2)在矿物集气管上用加热管的方法预防水合物的形成(3)在无其他条件时遇到形成水合物时,可以暂时将气放空,降低输气压力或降低下游压力,让已形成的水合物分解。(4)往输气管中喷注化学反应剂吸收气体中的水份,降低天然气露点,防止水合物形成,或使水合物分解。(5)气体进入输气干线之前进行脱水。 15. 天然气的脱水方法:(1)冷冻法:[1]氨制冷,[2]节流膨胀,[3]加压后冷却。(2)液体吸收法。
暖通水系统常用阀门简介 常用阀门包括:截止阀、闸阀、蝶阀、球阀、逆止阀(止回阀)、安全阀、静态平衡阀、减压阀、疏水阀、调节阀。 1、截止阀:阀座通口的变化是与阀瓣行程成正比例关系。 1)适合于有流量调节或压力调节,但对调节精度要求不高。适合于管路直径又比较小,如DN≤50mm的管路上。 2)流体阻力较大,适用于对流体阻力要求不严的管路上,即对压力损失考虑不大的地方。 3)截止阀启闭力矩大、启闭较费力,启闭时间较短。 4)高度比闸阀小,但长度比闸阀长。 5)下进上出,左右不对称,流向不能装反。 6)结构比较简单,密封性较好,寿命较长。 2、闸阀:闸板运动方向与流体方向相垂直。 1)闸阀只能作全开和全关,不能作调节和节流,不适用于频繁操作。 2)流体阻力小,不扰流、不降低压力。密封面受介质的冲刷和侵蚀小。 3)开闭较省力,但启闭时间长。 4)结构长度短。 5)左右对称,流向不受限制。
3、蝶阀:靠改变阀瓣的角度实现调节和开关,由于阀瓣始终处于流动的介质中 间,所以形成的阻力较大。它启闭方便迅速而且比较省力,低压下可实现良好的密封,具有一定的调节性。但蝶阀受密封圈材料的限制,使用压力和工作温度范围较小。 4、球阀:低压、小口径管道上用于截断水流和改变水流的分配或需快速启闭的场所,压 损小。阀体高度远小于闸阀喝截止阀,密封性能好。但球阀一般采用软质密封圈,使用温度受密封圈材料限制,使用温度范围小。
5、逆止阀(止回阀):单向阀,它允许介质单方向流动,若阀后压力高于阀前 压力,则逆止阀会自动关闭。
6、安全阀:主要用于介质超压时的泄压,以保护设备和系统。常用于锅炉房、 换热站、制冷机房等机房以及压力管道。 7、静态平衡阀:一种具有数字锁定特殊功能的调节型阀门,采用直流型阀体结构,具有 更好的等百分比流量特性,能够合理地分配流量,有效地解决供热(空调)系统中存在的室温冷热不均问题。同时能准确地调节压降和流量,用以改善管网系统中液体流动状态,达到管网液体平衡和节约能源的目的。为方便调试,一般安装于回水管上,具有截止功能,安装平衡阀后无需在安装截止阀。 8、疏水阀:用于蒸汽管道上自动排除冷凝水,防止蒸汽损失或泄露。疏水阀的选择根据 系统的压力、温度、流量等情况确定: 1)脉冲式宜用于压力较高的设备上。
1. 闸阀闸阀也叫闸板阀, 是一种广泛使用的阀门。它的闭合原理是闸板密封面与阀座密封面高度光洁、平整一致, 相互贴合, 可阻止介质流过, 并依靠顶模、弹簧或闸板的模形, 来增强密封效果。它在管路中主要起切断作用。 它的优点是 : 流体阻力小, 启闭省劲, 可以在介质双向流动的情况下使用, 没有方向性, 全开时密封面不易冲蚀, 结构长度短, 不仅适合做小阀门, 而且适合做大阀门。 闸阀按阀杆螺纹分两类 , 一是明杆式 , 二是暗杆式。按闸板构造分 , 也分两类 , 一是平行, 二是模式。 2. 截止阀 截止阀, 也叫截门, 是使用最广泛的一种阀门, 它之所以广受欢迎, 是由于开闭过程中密封面之间摩擦力小, 比较耐用, 开启高度不大, 制造容易, 维修方便, 不仅适用于中低压, 而且适用于高压。 它的闭合原理是, 依靠阀杠压力, 使阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合, 阻止介质流通。 截止阀只许介质单向流动, 安装时有方向性。它的结构长度大于闸阀, 同时流体阻力大, 长期运行时, 密封可靠性不强。 截止阀分为三类: 直通式、直角式及直流式斜截止阀。
3. 蝶阀 蝶阀也叫蝴蝶阀, 顾名思义, 它的关键性部件好似蝴蝶迎风, 自由回旋。 蝶阀的阀瓣是圆盘, 围绕阀座内的一个轴旋转, 旋角的大小, 便是阀门的开闭度。 蝶阀具有轻巧的特点, 比其他阀门要节省材料, 结构简单, 开闭迅速, 切断和节流都能用, 流体阻力小, 操作省力。蝶阀, 可以做成很大口径。能够使用蝶阀的地方, 最好不要使闸阀, 因为蝶阀比闸阀经济, 而且调节性好。目前, 蝶阀在热水管路得到广泛的使用。 4. 球阀
阀门的用途大全 阀门是国民经济建设中使用极为广泛的一种机械产品。阀门在石油、天然气、煤炭、冶金、和矿石的开采、提炼加工和管道输送系统中;阀门在石油化工、化工产品,医药,和食品生产系统中;阀门在水电、火电和核电的电力生产系统中;阀门在城建的给排水、供热和供气系统中;阀门在冶金生产系统中;阀门在船舶、车辆、飞机、航天以及各种运动机械的使用流体系统中;阀门在国防生产以及新技术领域里;阀门在农业排灌系统中都有大量的需求。 阀门分自动阀门与驱动阀门。自动阀门(如安全阀、减压阀、蒸汽疏水阀、止回阀)是靠装置或管道本身的介质压力的变化达到启闭目的的。驱动阀门(闸阀、截止阀、球阀、蝶阀等)是靠驱动装置(手动、电动、液动、气动等)驱动控制装置或管道中介质的压力、流量和方向。由于介质的压力、温度、流量和物理化学性质的不同,对装置和管道系统的控制要求和使用要求也不同,所以阀门的种类规格非常多。剧不完全统计,我过的阀门产品品种已达四千多个型号,近四万个规格,阀门在经济生活中起着非常大的作用。 电磁阀 电磁阀是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,属于执行器;并不限于液压,气动。电磁阀用于控制液压流动方向,工厂的机械装置一般都由液压钢控制,所以就会用到电磁阀。而通常意义上,国内电磁阀厂家也并不以液压电磁阀为主打,一般多生产二位二通气液用电磁阀。 电磁阀的工作原理,电磁阀里有密闭的腔,在的不同位置开有通孔,每个孔都通向不同的油管,腔中间是阀,两面是两块电磁铁,哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边,通过控制阀体的移动来档住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而进油孔是常开的,液压油就会进入不同的排油管,然后通过油的压力来推动油刚的活塞,活塞又带动活塞杆,活塞竿带动机械装置动。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流就控制了机械运动。 球阀 球阀和旋塞阀是同属一个类型的阀门,只有它的关闭件是个球体,球体绕阀体中心线作旋转来达到开启、关闭的一种阀门。

蝶阀 蝶阀是用圆盘式启闭件往复回转 90°左右来开启、关闭和调节流体通道的一种阀门。 优点: ①结构简单,体积小,重量轻,耗材省,别用于大口径阀门中; ②启闭迅速,流阻小; ③可用于带悬浮固体颗粒的介质,依据密封面的强度也可用于粉状和颗粒状介质。可适用于 通风除尘管路的双向启闭及调节,广泛用于冶金、轻工、电力、石油化工系统的煤气管道及 水道等。 缺点: ①流量调节范围不大,当开启达30%时,流量就达到近 95% 以上。 ②由于蝶阀的结构和密封材料的限制,不宜用于高温、高压的管路系统中。一般工作温度在300℃以下,pn40 以下。 ③密封性能相对于球阀、截止阀较差,故用于密封要求不是很高的地方。 球阀 球阀是由旋塞阀演变而来,它的启闭件是一个球体,利用球体绕阀杆的轴线旋转 90°实现开 启和关闭的目的。球阀在管道上主要用于切断、分配和改变介质流动方向,设计成v形开口 的球阀还具有良好的流量调节功能。 优点: ①具有最低的流阻(实际为 0); ②因在工作时不会卡住(在无润滑剂时),故能可靠地应用于腐蚀性介质和低沸点液体中; ③在较大的压力和温度范围内,能实现完全密封; ④可实现快速启闭,某些结构的启闭时间仅为0.05~0.1s,以保证能用于试验台的自动化系统中。快速启闭阀门时,操作无冲击。 ⑤球形关闭件能在边界位置上自动定位; ⑥工作介质在双面上密封可靠; ⑦在全开和全闭时,球体和阀座的密封面与介质隔离,因此高速通过阀门的介质不会引起密 封面的侵蚀; ⑧结构紧凑、重量轻,可以认为它是用于低温介质系统的最合理的阀门结构; ⑨阀体对称,尤其是焊接阀体结构,能很好地承受来自管道的应力; ⑩关闭件能承受关闭时的高压差。 ?全焊接阀体的球阀,可以直埋于地下,使阀门内件不受浸蚀,最高使用寿命可达 30 年,是 石油、天然气管线最理想的阀门。 缺点: ①因为球阀最主要的阀座密封圈材料是聚四氟乙烯,它对几乎所有的化学物质都有是惰性的,且具有摩擦系数小、性能稳定、不易老化、温度适用范围广和密封性能优良的综合性特点。 但聚四氟乙烯的物理特性,包括较高的膨胀系数,对冷流的敏感性和不良的热传导性,要求 阀座密封的设计必须围绕这些特性进行。所以,当密封材料变硬时,密封的可靠性就受到破坏。而且,聚四氟乙烯的耐温等级较低,只能在小于 180℃情况下使用。超过此温度,密封 材料就会老化。而考虑长期使用的情况下,一般只会在 120℃下使用。
阀门按用途可分为以下几类: (1)关断类。这类阀门只用来截断或接通流体,如截止阀、闸阀、球阀等。(2)调节类。这类阀门用来调节流体的流量或压力,如调节阀、减压阀和节流阀等。 (3)保护门类。这类阀门用来起某种保护作用,如安全阀、逆止阀及快速关闭门等。 阀门按压力可分为: (1)低压阀,Pg≤1.6MPa(16千克/厘米2); (2)中压阀,Pg=2.5~6.4MPa(25~64千克/厘米2); (3)高压阀,Pg=10~80MPa(100~800千克/厘米2); (4)超高压阀,Pg≥100 MPa(1000千克/厘米2); (5)真空阀,Pg低于大气压力。 阀门按工作温度可分为:低温阀:t<-30℃;中温阀:120℃≤t≤450℃;高温阀:t>450℃;常温阀:-30℃≤t<120℃。 阀门按驱动方式可分为:手动阀、电动阀、气动阀、液动阀等。 电厂化学系统的常用的阀门主要有:蝶阀(包括手动蝶阀、气动蝶阀、电动蝶阀)、衬胶隔膜阀(手动、气动)、截止阀、闸阀、球阀、止回阀、减压阀、安全阀等。 一、蝶阀 蝶阀是用随阀杆转动的圆形蝶板作启闭件,以实现启闭动作的阀门。蝶阀主要作截断阀使用,亦可设计成具有调节或截断兼调节的功能。蝶阀主要用于低压大中口径管道上。 蝶阀的主要优点: (1)结构简单、长度短,体积小、质量轻,与闸阀相比质量可减轻一半,对夹式蝶阀该优点尤其显著。 (2)流体阻力小。中大口径的蝶阀,全开时的有效流通面积较大。 (3)启闭方便迅速而且比较省力。蝶阀旋转90°即可完成启闭。由于转轴两侧蝶板受介质作用力接近相等,而产生的转矩方向相 反,因而启闭力矩较小。
(4)低压下可实现良好的密封。大多蝶阀采用橡胶密封圈,故密封性能良好。 (5)调节性能良好。通过改变蝶板的旋转角度可以较好的控制介质的流量。 蝶阀的主要缺点:受密封圈材料的限制,蝶阀的使用压力和工作温度范围较小,大部分蝶阀采用橡胶密封圈,工作温度受到橡胶材料的限制。随着密封材料的发展及金属密封蝶阀的开发,蝶阀的工作温度及使用压力的范围已有所扩大。 二、闸阀 闸阀也叫闸板阀,它是依靠闸板密封面高度光洁、平整与一致,相互贴合来阻止介质流过,并依靠顶楔来增加密封效果。其关闭件沿阀座中心线垂直方向作直线升降运动以接通或截切断管路中的介质。 闸阀的主要优点: (1)流体阻力小。闸阀阀体内部介质通道是直通的,介质流经闸阀时不改变流动方向,因而流动阻力较小。 (2)启闭较省力。启闭时闸板运动方向与介质流动方向相垂直。与截止阀相比,闸阀的启闭较为省力。 (3)介质流动方向一般不受限制。介质可从闸阀两侧任意方向流过,均能达到接通或截断的目的。 (4)便于安装,适用于介质的流动方向可能改变的管路中。 闸阀的主要缺点: (1)高度大,启闭时间长,由于开启时需将闸板完全提升到阀座通道上方,关闭时又需将闸板全部落下挡住阀座通道,所以闸板的启闭行程很 大,起高度也相应增大,启闭时间较长。 (2)密封面易产生擦伤。启闭时闸板与阀座相接触的两密封面之间有相对滑动,在介质作用下易产生擦伤,从而破坏密封性能,影响使用寿命。 三、隔膜阀 隔膜阀是一种特殊形式的截断阀,其内部结构与其他阀门的主要区别在于无填料函,其启闭件是一块采用强度较高或耐磨的材料制成的隔膜,它将阀体内腔与阀盖内腔隔开,从而消除了阀门的驱动部件易受介质侵蚀造成外泄的隐患。隔
BUTTERFLY DAMPER The ML model is a butterfly damper for assembly between flanges on gas conduit systems. The ORBINOX standard model is designed for opera-tion at pressures of up to 500 mbar, with recom-mended speeds of below 30 m/s and temperatu-res of up to 800 oC. t is a relatively air tight valve with a closing degree of between 90% and 99% which can reach 100% if an air sealing system is included (see ML2). The standard model of these dampers is designed so that the assembly is carried out in such a way that the drive shaft always remains in a horizontal position, although there is an option of assembly with the shaft in vertical position on request. STANDARD BUTTERFLY DAMPER (ML) Description This two-way damper has the function of contro-lling the passage of gases circulating in the con-duit. The butterfly damper is made up of a disc or disc shutter which rotates on two semi-shafts. The butterfly damper is normally supplied as a single part, except for applications in which the dimen-sions of the unit require special transport. Construction The body of the butterfly dampers is a fabricated construction which can be made of different mate-rials. Standard construction supplies include dia-meters ranging from 150 mm (minimum) to 2000 mm although, on request, larger sizes can be cons-tructed.The butterfly disc is constructed flat, with reinfor-cing ribs and is supported on two semi shafts. The flat disc system is sufficiently rigid for the operatio-nal pressures of these valves and it does not have significant losses. Seal design The butterflies have two types of seal design. Depending on the application, the options are: swing-thru (closure from 90 to 97%) for environ-ments with dust concentrations (less than 1000 mg/Nm3); and the step seat (closure of 99%) sui-table for other applications requiring a high level of air tightness. Bearings ORBINOX supplies its butterflies with the bea-rings situated on the outside and separated from the packing. 一、基础篇 1、阀门的分类 阀门的种类很多,且有多种分类方法。 (1)按用途和作用分类 截断阀类主要用于截断或接通介质流。包括闸阀、截止阀、隔膜阀、旋塞阀、球阀、蝶阀等。 调节阀类主要用于调节介质的流量、压力等。包括调节阀、节流阀、减压阀等。 止回阀类用于阻止介质倒流。包括各种结构的止回阀。 分流阀类用于分配、分离或混合介质。包括各种结构的分配阀和疏水阀等。 安全阀类用于超压安全保护。如安全阀。 (2)按主要参数分类 1)按压力分类 真空阀工作压力低于标准大气压的阀门。 低压阀公称压力PN<1.6MPa 的阀门。 中压阀公称压力PN<2.5~6.4Mpa 的阀门。 高压阀公称压力PN10.0~80.0Mpa的阀门。 超高压阀公称压力PN≥100Mpa 的阀门。 2)按介质工作温度分类 高温阀t >450℃的阀门。 中温阀120℃≤t <450℃的阀门。 常温阀-40℃≤t <120℃的阀门。 低温阀-100℃≤t <-40℃的阀门。
