我国居民消费价格指数的基本现状及波动趋势分析

0引言

居民消费价格指数是用来测定一定时期内居民

支付所消费商品和服务价格变化程度的相对数指

标。

它既是反映通货膨胀程度的重要指标，也是国民经济核算中的缩减指标[1]，并与经济运行有着密不可

分的联系。在市场经济运行中，居民消费价格指数同

时扮演着

“市场调节器”与“宏观经济运行指示器”的双重角色[2]。因此，居民消费价格指数的波动一直是

各界普遍关注的焦点之一。物价的波动牵动着我国

的经济，影响着普通民众的生活，为此，把握我国近

年来居民消费价格指数的基本现状和研究我国居民消费价格指数的波动趋势有着极其重要的现实意义。1全国居民消费价格指数全国居民消费价格指数是一个国家的居民消费价格水平变动情况的宏观经济指标。就我国来说，它可以反映出我国居民家庭购买消费商品及服务的价格水平的变动情况。1.1基本现状描述为了解我国近年来CPI 的基本情况，笔者找到我国居民消费价格指数的基本现状

摘要：本文分别从全国居民消费价格指数、城乡居民消费价格指数和八大类居民消费价格指数三大方面对我国

居民消费价格指数近十年（2006—2015）发展的基本现状和波动趋势进行归类分析，以探求在过去十年间每一

阶段我国居民消费价格指数的波动原因，分析我国城市与农村居民价格指数的波动差异，以及发现影响我国居

民消费价格指数走势的主要居民价格指数类型。

Analysis of Current Situation and Fluctuation Trend of

China's Consumer Price Index

Abstract ：This paper classifies and analyzes the current situation and fluctuation trend of China's consumer price in-

dex (CPI)in the last decade (2006-2015)from three aspects -the national CPI,the urban and rural CPIs,and the eight

categories of CPI -to explore the causes of the fluctuations of CPI during different stages of the past decade,to ana-

lyze the differences of CPIs between urban and rural areas,and to find the main types of CPIs which influence the CPI

at the national level.
