Abstract :We prepared some gold colloids and obtained the absorption spectrum.The results shows that absorption band is not due to aggregation of colloidal particles but to halogen ions.We correct the formula given by Clippe and make it identical with the results.

纳米金胶的吸收光谱研究

摘　要:本文报道了通过自己制备合适的金胶,得到金胶的吸收光谱,发现金胶的吸收峰不但与胶体的凝聚状态有关,还与所加入的氯离子有关。文中对Clippe 的理论进行了有益的修正,使之与实验结果吻合得更好。

Metal colloids ,especially silver and gold colloids ,are usually used as SERS substrates 1People have paid much more attention to the study of optical absorption spectra of nanoscale colloidal silver [1-8]than colloidal gold in order to quest for the enhancement factors of SERS 1We will do some research about the optical absorption spectra of nanoscale colloidal gold 1

Figure1(a )shows the optical absorption spectrum of gold colloid 1The absorption band which is usu 2ally ascribed to surface plasma resonance is at 530nm ,which is thought as the characteristic absorption band 1A new band is observed in the longer wavelength with addition little halogen ions [Fig1(b ;c )]1According to the theory of Clippe et al [10],we think this new band is due to aggregation of colloidal par 2ticles by the influence of the halogen ions 1Typical and high chainlike aggregation can be seen here by the transmission electron microscope (TEM )[Fig2],as well as low aggregation particles 1

As shown in figure above ,the density N of surface electrons will decrease because of neutralization when halogen ions absorb on the surface of colloidal particles ,which will result in lessening of the fre 2quency ωp 1Therefore new absorption band appears in the longer wavelength 1The surface of gold particles can not be covered overall owing to repulsion of the electrostatic force ,i 1e 1,the domain with the original density is conserved 1We can observe the absorption band of 530nm due to original resonance frequency ωp of conserved surface 1

证券公司借壳上市案例汇总及方案分析 证券公司借壳上市案例汇总及方案分析案例之一：广发证券借壳S延边路方案简介： 第一步：S延边路以全部资产和负债定向回购并注销第一大股东所持公司的非流通股：S延边路以全部资产及负债定向回购并注销吉林敖东持有的50,302,654股非流通股，以及吉林敖东拟受让的深圳国投持有的本公司34,675,179股非流通股，合计回购84,977,833股非流通股，占公司总股本的46.15%。 第二步：S延边路以新增股份换股吸收合并广发证券：以新增股份的方式吸收合并广发证券，换股比例为1：0.83，即每0.83股广发证券股份换1股延边公路股份，吸收合并的基准日为xx年6月30日。同时，广发证券向吉林敖东支付4000万元补偿款。 第三步：S延边路其他非流通股股东按10： 7.1的比例缩股：其他非流通股股东按每10股缩为 7.1股的比例单向缩股。缩股完成后，其他非流通股股东持有的股份将减少为422.32万股，该等股份即可获得上市流通权，在公司股权分置改革完成一年后可上市流通。 本次股改及以新增股份换股吸收合并完成后，S延边将更名为“广发证券股份有限公司”，注册地迁往现广发证券注册地。 方案点评：通过S延边路以全部资产负债定向回购并注销第一大股东所持股份.新增股份吸收合并广发证券.非流通股股东缩

碳纳米材料简介 第一章碳纳米材料简介 碳元素 碳在元素周期表中排第六位，是自然界分布非常广泛的元素，也是目前最重要、最使人着迷的元素之一。尽管它在地壳中含量仅为0.027%，但是对一切 生物体而言，它是最重要且含量最多的元素，人体中碳元素约占总质量的18%碳元素是元素周期表中IV A族中最轻的元素。它存在三种同位素：12C、13C、14c。 碳单质有多重同素异形体，他是迄今为止人类发现的唯一一种可以从零围到三维都稳定存在的物质。如零维的富勒烯( fullerenes )，一维的碳纳米管(carb on nano tubes )，二维的石墨烯(graphe ne)，三维的金冈寸石(diam ond) 和石墨(graphite )等。 碳纳米材料 富勒烯 富勒烯是指完全由碳原子组成的具有空心球状或管状结构的分子。1985年, Kroto，Smalley和Curl在美国莱斯大学发现了第一个富勒烯分子一一C6。。这一发现使得他们赢得了1996年的诺贝尔化学奖。G。由60个原子组成，包含20个六元环和12个五元环。这些环平面堆积在一起的方式和足球的表面结构一样，因此也也被称为足球烯。从那以后，不同分子质量和尺寸的富勒烯纷纷被制备出来。G。的发现和研究开启了对碳元素和碳纳米材料广泛、深入研究的新时代，对纳米材料科学和技术的发展起到了极大的推动作用。 由于其独特的结构，富勒烯同时具有芳香化合物和缺电子烯烃的性质，表现出很多

Coming from China, it was the first time for me to go abroad to pursue my dreams in Imperial College London. Imperial College has been a desire for me for a long time, but the tuition fee of Imperial College and the high cost to live in London was a heavy burden for my family. Without your generous help, last year I would not have harvested so much in Imperial College. Being a student majoring in Electrical Engineering, it has been an interest to me for a long time to combine power electronics with advanced control techniques to improve the performance of power electronics circuits such as switching mode power supply. With the help of the scholarship, I was able to spare more time to look into the optimal control problems instead of taking part-time jobs to support myself.
