INTRODUCTIOU 前言
To ensure that you and others enjoy the game as much as possible you need good golfing etiquette and to understand the spirit of the short. Consideration should be shown to others on the course at all times.
为了确保你和他人能充分享受高尔夫比赛,你需要有良好的高尔夫礼仪,并明白高尔夫竞赛的精神.简单地说,就是在球场上任何时候都要表现出你懂得替人着想.
THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME 高尔夫竞赛的精神
Unlike many sports, golf is generally played without the supervision of a referee of umpire. The game relies on the integrity of the individual. All players should behave in a disciplined manner, showing courtesy and sportsmanship at all times. This is the spirit of the game of golf.
与许多运动不同，高尔夫一般是在没有裁判员的监管下进行的。比赛依赖每个人的自律。所有的球手在任何时候都应表现出自律的风格，展现出礼貌谦让和运动家的精神。这就是高尔夫竞赛的精神。
General Etiquette 一般礼仪
Good etiquette is important at all times, whether on the golf course or in the clubhouse In particular:

Golfer should report to the starter at least 10 minutes before their starting time. Golfer arriving late will not be permitted to play unless there is a vacant starting time later.

Street shoes, gym trainer, jogging shoes & slippers are not allowed.

Before Play 开球前
WEAR PROPER CLOTHES!
Please wear golf shirts with collar and sleeves, tailored trousers, Bermuda shorts and skirts for women. Jean are not permitted on the courses.
Singlets, tanktops, muscle shirts should not be worn in the clubhouse or on the golf course.
正确着装！
请穿有领T恤、休闲长、短裤或女士高尔夫短裙。不允许穿牛仔裤下场。
在会所或球场内均不能穿吊带背心、紧身无领T恤及一些暴露的服装。
BEFORE THE FIRST TEE 在第一洞发球台之前
Put an identification mark on the ball you are going to play with.在你准备使用的球上做一个标记
Pay attention to the instructions given by the starter. 留言出发台职员给你的提示。
THE FIRST TEE
第一洞发球台
If not already known to you, introduce yourself to the players with whom you are playing. 如果是事先不认识的，请向和你一起打球的人介绍自己。
Wish the players in your group agood game 祝愿和你同组的球手打场好球
Advise the players in your group of the type of ball you are playing and your identification mark.
Play from the tees indicated by the starter or, if you have a choice, select the tees appropriately for the ability of your group.
告诉同组的球手你使用的高尔夫球型号和你的标记。使用出发台指定的发球台，或者，你可以选择的话，根据你们组的水平适当选择发球台。
Safety 安全
Ensure that no one is standing in a position to be hit by your club, the ball or any other object when you make a practice swing of stroke.
在进行练习挥杆或击球时，应确保球杆、球或其他任何物体打到的范围内没有人站立。
During Play 开球中
Be Quiet!
Please be still and quiet when a player is addressing or playing a shot.
安静！
当别人瞄球或击球时，请保持安静勿动。
During Play 开球中
Please ensure that the players in front are out of range before playing a shot.

SAFETY安全

Alert green staff nearby or anead when you are about to play a stroke that might endanger them.
Shout “fore”if there is the slightest chance that your ball will hit anyone.

KEEP UP WITH PLAY!
Avoid slow play. When the course is quiet let fast players and two ball flights through.

Please do not take more than ONE practice
swing and take NO divots with a practice swing.

Avoid slow play .when the course is quiet let fast players and two ball flights through.

study your line of putt while others are putting avoiding any distraction other player.

When the hole is the putting green immediately.

Mark scores on the way to the next tee.
在走向下一个发球台的路上记录杆数。
If there is any chance of your ball being lost outside a water hazard or out of a provisional ball. 如果你的球有可能在水障碍区外遗失或打出界外，打一个暂定球。
If you have to search for a immediately to the group behind to play through.
如果你要找球，马上发出信号让后一组先通过。
Having allowed a group to play ’t continue play nutil the group has passed and is out of range.

SAFETY 安全
Seek shelter early from lightning,The Rules of Golf allow you to stop play and take shelter any you feel threatende by lightning,

Consideration for others by of making unnecessary noise.

On the teeing ’t tee your ball until it is your turn to play.

Don’t stand close to or directly behind the ball of the hole,when a player is about to play.
当别人准备打球时，不要站在球或球洞的附近或正后方。
Avoid standing on another player’s line of putt of casting a shadow over another player’s line.
避免站在别人的击球线上，也不要让自己的影子投射在别人的击球线上。
Remain on close to the potting green until all other players in your group have holed out.
留在球洞区上或球洞区附近，直到和你一组的球手全部打完这洞。
If you are marking a card,record the player’s score after each it with the player if necessary.

Avoid taking electronic devices onto the course if the device is essential,ensure that it does not distract other players.

CARE OF THE COURSE
对球场的保护
Control your temper and never throw clubs or damage the course in anger.
控制你的情绪，决不因为愤怒而摔球杆以至给球场造成损害。
Avoid spitting on or littering the course.
不要在球场上吐痰或乱丢垃圾。
Is is the responsibility of players to make sure that they do nothing to spoil the condition of the should try to leave the course the condition of the should try to leave the course as they find it and example,avoid hitting the head of the club into the ground,whether in anger of any other reason.
确保对球场的环境没有造成任何损坏，这是所有的球手责任。当你离开球场时，想想看，你是否尽力使球场保持原状。比如，避免用杆头来打击地面。
Avoid taking divots from tees with practice swings. If possible,practice swing away from the teeing area.

It si not advisable to replace divots on tees as they should be filled by the greenkeeper on a regular basis.
在发球台上，不建议你将草皮放回到打痕处，球场管理员会进行常规性的填补。
If there is a fill mixture by the tee,fill any divor holes with the mixture to ground level.
如果发球台附近有供填补用的沙，请用这些材料将掘起草皮的打痕填补到地面水平。Avoid taking trolleys on tee if at all possible.
在任何情况下都要避免将电动车开到发球台上。
Avoid taking divots with practice swings; replace them if you do.

Carefully repair divot holes,either by replacing the divot or filling the hole with soil.
仔细地修补掘起草皮的打痕,可以把草皮放回原处或用沙土填平打痕.
Do not jump into bunkers;always enter and exit from the low side of the bunker.
不要跳进沙坑里，始终从沙坑最低的一边进入。
Before leaving the bunker,carefully fill up and smooth over any holes of footprints made by you or other players.
离开沙坑前,仔细填补平整所有有由你或其他球员造成的脚印坑穴.
Place bags off the putting green.
把球包放在球洞区外。
Look to see whether you have made a pitch-mark on the green and repair it.
留心寻找球洞区上的球痕，无论是否你造成的都应该修补好它。
Repair one other pitch-mark on each green in addition to your own.

Avoid causing damage to the putting gueen by dragging your feet.

Don’t walk on another player’s line of putt.

Avoid standing too close to the hole.

Do not use the head of the club for removing a ball from the hole.

Clubs should not be leaned on, particularly when removing a ball from the hole.
球杆不应该用来依靠，尤其是从球洞中取球的时候。
Handle the flagstick carefully and replace it properly in the hole before leaving the green.
小心地扶持旗杆，离开球洞区前将旗杆正确地放回球洞中。
PITCH-MARKS 球痕
Pitch-marks on the green that are repaired quickly and properly will ensure that long term damage is kept to a minamum. A pitch –mark repaired within five minutes recovers within 24 hours, whereas a ten minute delay means the green will take 15 days to recover.
迅速和正确地修补球洞区上的球痕,能确保对球洞区的长期损害减到最少.一个球痕在5分钟内修补好,那么它在24小时内就能重新长好.但是如果延迟10分钟修补,那就意味着球洞区要过15天才能重新长好.
RIGHT WAY 正确的方法
Insert tool around edges and push to center of tap down with putter or foot.
在球痕的周边插入修补工具, 向球痕的中心推.然后用推杆或脚向下轻拍.
WORNG WAY 错误的方法
Don not pull up the green with the tool. This will bring sand to surface.
不要在球洞区上用修补工具向上挑,这样会把沙带到表面.
TROLLEYS AND CARTS 手拉手和电动车
Observe any club regulations for movement of trolleys and carts.
遵守球会所有关于手拉手和电动车使用的规定.
Avoid taking a trolley or driving a cart on, or too close to,a putting green.
避免将手拉车拉上或把电动车开上球洞区,或者太靠近球洞区.
When driving a cart,roceed with on hills and turns.
当你驾驶电动车时应小心谨慎,特别是在山路和转弯时.
Always set the parking brake when leaving the cart.
离开电动车时总是设置好刹车锁.
SERIOUS BREACH OF ETIQUETTE
严重违反礼仪
Be aware that the committee may disqualify a player for a serious breach of etiquette such as behaviour which is deliberately intended to distract other palyers,is offensive,or shows a serious disregard for some aspect of the etiquette of the game.
必须知道,委员会可以取消严重违反礼仪的球手资格,例如意图故意分散其他球手注意力的无力行为,或在比赛中表现出对礼仪严重漠视的某种态度.
