A Letter Applying for a Bank Loan

Dear School Leaders and Loan Section Head:

I am a sophomer of Henan University , majoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology .

I am writing this letter in applying a bank loan to support my study in my major for following three years . I come from rural areas , and my parents are both farmers . Due to high tuition fee , my parents can not afford to send me to continue my school work .The preceding is my basic information . So I want to apply for a RMB 20000 bank loan for my school work . And I will buget it carefully in three years .

What's more , I give you my words that the loan would be used properly . Meanwhile , I will spare no effort to work hard both in the study and my future career so as to pay back the loan in time . I would be grateful if my application is granted . Iam lookiing forward to hearing from you soon .
