EPON技术应用模式浅析

摘要：随着internet的迅猛发展，网络用户对网络带宽的需求日渐增长。为了满足市场的需要，通信网的主干部分已经发生了巨大的变化，而一直变化较少的传统接入网已经成为整个网络中的瓶颈，各种新的宽带接入技术成为研究的热点。

近几年，以太网无源光网络（epon）随着技术的不断成熟、各类成本的不断下降而得到各运营商的重视，利用其实现ftth接入方式在国外取得了很大进展，国内也有越来越多的商用试点。现阶段，国内运营商最关心的是哪种业务模式下适合开展epon建设及如何部署epon。本文结合epon基本理论知识，讨论其在各种环境下的应用模型，提出epon技术的适用性，并对其应用给出意见和建议。关键词：epon技术；光网络；接入方式
