首届全国中小学英语阅读教学研讨会5月27日在北京举行并发布《全国中小学生英语课外阅读倡议》,倡议全国中小学生每天坚持利用课外时间阅读20分钟,有选择地阅读,阅读精品,养成良好阅读习惯。

倡议书由全国英语阅读教学研究协作体发布,该协作体由北京市教育学会学科英语教育研究分会发起,并由外语教育教学研究专家、教研员和教师志愿加入。

“希望通过此倡议,呼吁教师、学生、家长重视课外阅读,同时要合理选择和利用好优质阅读资源,养成良好阅读习惯,通过阅读提升英语学习效率。”全国英语阅读教学研究协作体秘书长丁俊华说。

北京外国语大学教授、教育部基础教育英语课程标准研制组核心成员张连仲在接受采访时说,阅读不仅仅是读,而是获取信息和文本互动的过程,需要调用多种感官协作完成。阅读教学也不仅仅是针对阅读,实质上是学习者如何与信息源互动。加强课外阅读,同时也需要英语教育教学方式的改革。

人民教育出版社编审刘道义说,阅读教学要从过去“老师讲,学生读、背、记笔记”的圈子里跳出来,让学生做主人,提高学生的自主性,在阅读中思辨。要利用好数字教育资源,比如微课、慕课等形式,帮助学生通过阅读吸收新的语言和信息。

据北京市教育学会学科英语教育研究分会理事长杨义春介绍,基础教育新课程改革以来,新课标明确了阅读的具体要求。在英语学习中,阅读在培养学生的语言能力、学习能力、

思维品质、文化意识等方面发挥了极其重要的作用。阅读是学生提高英语素养的主要途径,阅读能力也是基础教育要求学生必须掌握的核心技能之一。

教育部基础教育二司技术装备处处长乔玉全说,随着英语教育改革的深化,阅读教学慢慢成为提高英语教育水平的重要要求。英语阅读的深层意义是文化交流,而在培养阅读能力的过程中,教学方式改革很重要,要让阅读与学习、生活真正产生有机的联系。

2019-2020年小学四年级英语课外阅读计划 一、指导思想 以《英语课程标准》和新教育理论为行动指南,全面落实市教研室英语课外阅读指导意见,初步构建课外阅读课程,让阅读成为学生日常的生活方式。通过英语课外阅读,不断丰富学生的阅历,开拓学生的文化视野,体验学习英语的乐趣,树立学好英语的自信心,实现学习英语的真正意义和价值,为未来的学习奠定坚实的基础。 二、课外阅读活动的实施 1. 周密计划建立“漂流”机制 英语课外读本作为学校的图书资料,由专人负责,并设立图书漂流记载本。一个月左右漂流一次,每班由两个学生负责班级图书的借阅、登记、回收和保管整理工作。 四年级起以班级为单位进行图书漂流活动,学生人手一册书,以班级为单位进行漂流。从各个年级的1班起漂,向同年级的其他班级漂流。每生每月平均阅读1本书,每天阅读20分钟左右。如:《朗文小学英语分级阅读》每册共4个单元,要求学生每周阅读一个单元。每个年级课外阅读时间最好统一,以便教师辅导与检查,阅读也可以作为家庭作业的一部分。 2. 确保时间提高“阅读”效率 学生每天都要有至少20分钟的阅读时间,每周一个中午按漂流计划进行《牛津故事乐园》或《朗文分级阅读》的教师指导阅读活动,利用家作布置学生自读,每周的英语社团活动进行英语课外阅读的辅导。让学生自由阅读,自由笔记,摘录好词佳句,仿写经典语句等。 3. 授之以渔使学生“会阅读” 教师在对学生进行课外阅读指导时,应讲授阅读方法。(1)阅读与朗读结合。(2)阅读教学与听、说、读、写结合。(3)阅读与工具书使用的结合。 4. 多元评价促进学生发展 对学生阅读的篇目每周进行统计,对中高年级的阅读笔记经常检查。结合平时的展示活动对学生的课外阅读进行多元评价。可以采取师生评价、生生评价、教师评价与家长评价相结合:制作一份阅读评价表——《我的一周阅读记录单》,请家长合作,对学生一周的阅读情况进行周评,对表现

Well, read on... How to Improve Your Study Habits Perhaps you are an average student with average intelligence. You do well enough in school, but you probably think you will never be a top student. This is not necessarily the case, however. You can receive better grades if you want to. Yes, even students of average intelligence can be top students without additional work. Here's how: 1. Plan your time carefully. Make a list of your weekly tasks. Then make a schedule or chart of your time. Fill in committed time such as eating, sleeping, meetings, classes, etc. Then decide on good, regular times for studying. Be sure to set aside enough time to complete your normal reading and work assignments. Of course, studying shouldn't occupy all of the free time on the schedule. It's important to set aside time for relaxation, hobbies, and entertainment as well. This weekly schedule may not solve all of your problems, but it will make you more aware of how you spend your time. Furthermore, it will enable you to plan your activities so that you have adequate time for both work and play. 2. Find a good place to study. Choose one place for your study area. It may be a desk or a chair at home or in the school library, but it should be comfortable, and it should not have distractions. When you begin to work, you should be able to concentrate on the subject. 3. Skim before you read. This means looking over a passage quickly before you begin to read it more carefully. As you preview the material, you get some idea of the content and how it is organized. Later when you begin to read you will recognize less important material and you may skip some of these portions. Skimming helps double your reading speed and improves your comprehension as well. 4. Make good use of your time in class. Listening to what the teacher says in class means less work later. Sit where you can see and hear well. Take notes to help you remember what the teacher says. 5. Study regularly. Go over your notes as soon as you can after class. Review important points mentioned in class as well as points you remain confused about. Read about these points in your textbook. If you know what the teacher will discuss the next day, skim and read that material too. This will help you understand the next class. If you review your notes and textbook regularly, the material will become more meaningful and you will remember it longer. Regular review leads to improved performance on test. 6. Develop a good attitude about tests. The purpose of a test is to show what you have learned about a subject. The world won't end if you don't pass a test, so don't worry excessively about a single test. Tests provide grades, but they also let you know what you need to spend more time studying, and they help make your knowledge permanent. There are other techniques that might help you with your studying. Only a few have been mentioned here. You will probably discover many others after you have tried these. 如何指导小学生进行英语课外阅读 众所周知,小学英语的学习主要目的是在于通过对英语的学习能够让孩子在现实生活中得到运用。而单单的课本学习其词汇量、信息量相对而言少之又少,现在的英语教学需要符合时代的发展,那么作为学校英语教学这块就需要给孩子们提供大量的词汇及信息量,然而在这个过程中课外阅读显得特别的重要。我在英语教学方面尝试了给孩子进行大量的课外阅读,因为我任教的年级是三年级,对于三年级的孩子来说真正的英语学习才算刚刚开始,所以我根据小学英语教学目标,我指定了以下的课外阅读训练方法。 1、、词组的积累。 由于孩子学习的词汇量比较少,所以在教学中我有意识、无意识的给孩子多提供一些课外的词汇量。利用课堂或课外对孩子进行一些“加餐”这样让孩子用自己的记录本把单词、词组记录下来。平时早读课的时候多读读,一个月我们进行一次英语课外词汇量小测验,以激励书签的形式进行表扬。这样长期以来的训练,孩子的词汇量大大增加,也便于提高孩子的英语阅读能力。 2、在图片的帮助下,引导孩子听懂、读懂简单的英语 小故事。 每周二下午专门利用一节英语课用来帮助孩子提高阅读能力。在课堂上给孩子提供四格漫画形式的图片,通过简短的英语小故事的听,根据图片理解意思。引导孩子学习自己阅读小故事。定期在班上开展“我阅读、我越棒|”英语阅读比赛。 3、利用每节课的free talk,给孩子展示自己阅读的内容。 一周安排一次,让孩子回去利用课余时间进行英语小故事的阅读。并利用星期一到星期五的freetalk时间,将自己阅读的小故事在班上进行自我展示的一个表达,班级中进行徽章的奖励。这样的奖励会大大激发孩子说英语的欲望,会大量的阅读。 4、利用好“一起作业”。 “一起作业”中有一项内容就是阅读训练。这是一个孩子们非常愿意参加的一个活动,同时它也是一个作业。充分利用好孩子的参与“游戏”的这种兴趣,对孩子进行阅读训练。一周进行两次的阅读训练,做到批改点评。寓教于乐,何乐而不为呢!

The 29-year-old finally earned back all his hard work when he won Best Leading Actor for his role in the popular TV series In Time With You (《我可能不会爱你》) at the 47th Golden Bell Awards, which was held in Taipei on Oct 26. From a very young age, we have a dream, whether it’s to be a painter, a scientist or a writer. But the desire (渴望) to paint, discover or tell stories fades (消褪) as we grow up, until that moment of finding our deep calling hits us. For Chen, this came when he was discovered by director Yee Chih-Yen in front of an ice cream store at the age of 19. Chen had considered becoming an excellent dancer, a model and a singer before h e played the male lead in Yee’s movie Blue Gate Crossing (《蓝色大门》). His first taste of fame with the well-received drama showed him what he really wanted to be. Bolin Chen, 29, won his first award after ten years of acting. XINHUA
