Position : C&B Manager

职位:薪资福利经理(注:Compensation即薪资、Benefit即福利,C&B是HR部门当中的一个组成模块;&(Ampersand)是英语单字and之代表符号,亦可用作中文中的“和”、“与”之代表符号。)

Position Description :Responsible for the total management of daily C&B work, Lead the major C &B related programs' planning and execution.

职位描述:负责管理薪资福利相关的日常工作,牵头公司重大薪资福利项目的计划和实施。Major Responsibilities:

主要职责:

To lead HR C&B Operation team and consistently enhance the effectiveness & efficiency in compensation & benefits, performance management, policy & processes and HR systems and adding values to organization.

领导人力资源薪酬操作团队和持续提高在薪酬和福利、绩效管理、政策和组织流程及人力资源系统的有效性和效率和增加组织价值。

Specific duties:

1.Leverage HR systems to enhance HR productivity and effectiveness.

2.Develop and execute C&B related policy & procedures.

3.Review and design C&B programs, including reward or benefit programs, retention programs/long term incentive scheme, etc.

4.Providing guidance through partnership with business leaders on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business C&B plan.

5.Conducting reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data.

6.Designing and implementing employee benefits programs and/or reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs if in line with C&B plans and business objectives. This also includes identification and engagement of suitable benefit vendors.

7.Researching and engaging market research companies to obtain market data and industry trends within C&B.

8.Evaluating C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations.

9.Participate in the salary survey process, prepare the data and assist in the result analysis to keep the competitive compensation and benefit structure.

10.Participate in the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process to deliver the accurate HR cost budget and forecast.

11.Ensure the payroll services is in line with government regulations and company policies, and delivered in a timely and accurate manner across regions.

Qualifications:

任职条件:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

1.大学本科或以上。

2.Strong customer service focus.

2.强大的客户服务中心。

3.Strong interaction, communication and influence skills.

4.5-7 years of Strong HR C&B relevant working experience in MNCs, especially from fast fashion, FMCG, retail industries are highly preferred.

(注:FMCG即Fast Moving Consumer Goods,意为快速零售业;MNC即Multi-National Company,意为国际公司)

5.Familiar with labor law and local regulations.

6.Good analyzing capability with reasonable business sense.

7.Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
