攀登英语小故事

攀登英语教学小故事 经过一个学期攀登英语教学，让我对其有了进一步的了解，对攀登的教学模式能基本上把握住。攀登英语的课堂是非常活跃的，学生们的学习兴趣和积极性相当高。而这些的关键是课堂上老师和学生们的互动，且学生与学生之间更需要互动，互相竞争，互相促进。并且在团结合作中共同进步，这也强调了小学英语的自主互助课堂。 案例一：小组合作一直是我在攀登英语教学中的一大难题。每次小组活动时，都感觉会的、表现好的在那里表演展示，差点的只充当一个听众，有的甚至不理不问，摆出一副和我没啥关系的姿态。我也曾试着对这些差生进行鼓励，让他们上台进行表演等，但效果不是很明显。在最近的一节攀英课堂上，我再次让小组合作时，偶然间发现二组的薛雅倩在帮助他们组的武康，薛雅倩很有耐心的一句句教着武康，而武康学的也很认真，我假装无意走到他们跟前仔细一听，发现武康读的还挺棒，我灵机一动有了主意。在小组活动结束后，我进行评价时特意给二组多加了一个小红旗。果然不出我所料，其他组的人立马问我为什么，于是我便把刚才的一幕讲给他们听，说二组不仅是在小组练习，还在小组合作。他们若有所悟的点了点头。紧接着我又把武康和薛雅倩请上了讲台，请他们表演刚才学过的对话，武康以他稍显结巴的英语赢得了同学们的阵阵掌声。我在他的脸上读到了久违的“快乐”。我特意为他们又加上了一个小红旗。这节课结束后，我把这件事放在了心上。据我观察，在后来的几节课中，小组合作的人越来越多了，但差生主动上台表演的还是很少。课后，我与小组长一起商量如何改变这种情况，大家一起出谋划策，商定了如下计划。就是将每个组的成员编号，小号为优生，大号为差生，表演展示时如果小号来表演则只加一个红旗，大好则是按他的号来加红旗。比如，4号来表演则加四个小红旗。这样一来，每个组都想让自己组的大号去表演展示，想让他们去表演展示就必须去教会他们，鼓励他们，这样小组合作更勤快了，而差生为了给自己组里多加几个红旗上课也变的仔细听了，积极参与课堂的各种活动了，我再适当的对他们进行表扬，更加增强了他们的自信心，培养了他们小组合作的意识，而他们渐渐的也喜欢上了攀登英语。我还把这种方法运用到了我所带的四年级课堂上，效果也很明显。
