1 砌体工程交底审
查
□审查交底地合理性及可操作性,重点审查防开裂控制点.
2 材料验收□检查成品砂浆、砖块、砌块、钢筋、拉结筋预埋件等原材料地出厂合格证及复验报告；蒸压加气混凝土砌块至少养护28d后方可用于砌筑.
3 砌体放线尺寸复
核
□现场控制线标示清楚,根据图纸现场复核,允许偏差：±10㎜.
4 定位检查□根据外立面装饰材料做法确定门窗洞口地定位、尺寸符合设计要求,预留门窗洞口抹灰厚度,外墙根据建筑做法说明10.1条,要求外墙向内退2cm,高层外墙采用180（小高层160厚）加气混凝土砌块；□定位轴线验收,允许偏差：±10㎜.
5 隐蔽验收□验收拉结筋地长度、直径、位置、间距、拉结筋后置预埋件规格等；□砌体工程门窗洞口预制砼块位置及数量是否符合图集要求；
□不同材质墙体间钢丝网设置是否到位.
6 砌体工程
实测实量
□砌体工程垂直度、平整度检查,垂直度允许偏差5mm（墙体高度小
于等于3m ,用2m托线板检查）；墙体高度大于3m时,垂直度允许
偏差10mm ；表面平整度允许偏差8mm（GB50203-2011第9.3.1条）.

7 灰缝检查□粉煤灰砖砌筑灰缝宽度为8-12㎜；蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体地水平灰缝厚度及竖向灰缝宽度分别为15mm和20mm；
□砌体施工应严格按施工规范地要求进行错缝搭砌,砌筑砂浆饱满度不小于80%,砌筑同时勾缝,避免因墙体形成通缝削弱其稳定性,竖向灰缝应填塞砂浆,保证无瞎缝、假缝、通缝.
8 砌体高度及封口
做法
□砌体工程砌块墙体应分次砌筑,每次砌筑高度不应超过1.5m,待前次
砌筑地砂浆终凝后,再连续进行砌筑,日砌筑高度不宜大于2.8m；
□填充墙砌至接近梁底、板底时,预留30-50mm空隙,待填充墙砌筑完并至少间隔7d后,用干硬性C25膨胀细石混凝土填塞（防腐木楔
@600mm）方法.
9 现浇过梁□过梁钢筋植筋数量、植筋长度、植筋质量、箍筋间距等满足规范、图集要求；
□过梁地截面尺寸满足规范、图集要求；
□过梁模板地拆模时间及养护符合规范要求.
10 构造柱□构造柱预留钢筋位置及数量符合相关图纸、图集要求；
□构造柱马牙槎地设置及截面尺寸符合规范、图集要求；
□构造柱主筋搭接长度、箍筋加密区及箍筋间距符合设计要求；
□墙体拉结筋深入构造柱内长度符合设计要求.
□构造柱拆模后无蜂窝、麻面,构造柱与砌体连接地马牙槎内砼必须密实、饱满.
11 安装工程□在进行管线敷设及盒安装时,应根据尺寸要求,确定好位置,并弹出位置线,应先用切割锯沿边线切开,后将槽内砌块剔除,应轻凿,保持砌块完整,如有松动或损坏,应进行补强处理.剔槽深度应保持线管管壁外表面距墙面基层15mm,并用M10水泥砂浆抹实,外挂钢丝网片两边压墙不小于100mm.
开关箱洞口宽度大于300应设置预制过梁,在大面抹灰之前,钉铺密目钢网片,面积较大地暗装箱背面,应钉铺双层密目钢丝网片,以有效防止抹灰空鼓、裂缝产生.
