为期两个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里根本学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。但自己最大的收获是将平日在课堂上所学的理论知识用于实践，并且通过实践检验了自己关于英语教学方面的假设和猜想，取得了一些令自己满意的成绩。我将从英语教学，实习班主任和教学研究三个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。
首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。实习期间试讲时，面对的也是自己的同学，每位同学都非常的excellent.但是，在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。
比如说当老师提出问题学生答不上的时候，老师该怎么办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是解决不了问题的。但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的问题。再加上自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。
虽然为了不打击学生的学习积极性而简化知识，但由于过分地低估了学生的水平自己在实习期间又犯了一个很极端的错误。初中的学生大多是刚刚开始正式
地接触英语，虽然有一些学生在小学也学过一些，但他们的英语基础总体来说较低。在上课的过程中，我曾为了追求直指的课堂教学目标，而将语言知识点过分地简化，对一些相对复杂的知识点甚至避而不谈，过分地“溺爱学生”。
结果一堂课中全是机械性的句型单词短语的操练，这样的课不仅学生觉得烦，最后连自己都觉得枯燥无味了。真正的英语课堂是应该充满知识性和趣味性的，既能激发学生的学习兴趣又能在乐中学到知识。经过仔细地分析，发现自己的课最缺的是语言知识点的拓展，学生的学习都只是停留在认知层面而很少要求他们学会去用所学知识。在紧接着的后面几堂教学课中，我大胆的改掉了平日机械的上课方式，将知识点的讲解单词句型的操练及语言知识点的拓宽融为一体，取得了令人较为满意的效果。
这样的课充分地发挥了学生的学习自主性，极大地调动了他们的学习兴趣。从课堂的实际情况来看，学生们都比较喜欢这样的上课方式，虽然课程中也有一些操练，但这些都是在适当的时机对知识点的进一步巩固。
其次，在实习班主任工作方面。按照实习计划，每个实习生至少要体验为期一个星期的班主任工作。为了能够有更多的机会与学生们接触，我将七天的班主任工作分散到每个星期，平均每周做两至三天的班主任工作。我所在的实习班级是初一年级(1)班，共有六十一人。刚开始面对这个班的时候，心里慌慌的，生怕这些学生不听自己的话。
但是，这种想法在第一天做班主任的时候就被否定掉了。我紧张得忘记了自己的身份---实习老师。在学生们的眼中，老师都是很“神圣的”，只要我出现在教室里，大家都是规规矩矩地，丝毫没有违纪的现象。
在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读情况，值日生打扫卫生的情况。在本次的实习中，我还配合原任班主任组织学生参加初一年级的广播体操比赛，发扬学生的团体合作精神。另外，我还召开了一次主题为“生活中的点滴感动”的班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。

之所以打算从这个角度去做教学调查，是因为自己所在的实习班级的特殊情况：初一(1)班是七中初一年级的重点班，学生的总体学习基础较好，而且其原任英语老师也是一位有着多年英语教龄、经验丰富的教师。
但是，在这样的班级里，学生的英语水平也参差不齐，是什么原因造成的呢?于是我打算从学生的学习自主性分析。经调查发现，大多数英语成绩好的同学，他们在平日的学习中都采用了自主的学习方法，而极少部分成绩较差的同学也是
因为学习过于被动的缘故。如何在英语教学中开发学生的学习自主性成了一个刻不容缓的问题。
以上就是自己对这两个月的实习生活所做的总结。除了上述三个方面的收获外，我还体验到了人生中的其它方方面面。这一次的实习是我人生当中最有纪念价值的阶段之一。也许在实习之初我并没有意识到它会给我带来这么深的感悟：实习不仅教会了我英语教学方面的知识，更重要的是它让我学会了生活中的点滴感动。原本是陌生的人因为它而联系在一起了与这群可爱的学生相处的日子里，每天都很快乐。只有自己经历过了才深深地感受到老师在学生心目中的伟大和神圣。这两个月中的所得，无论自己将来从事何种职业，都将使我终身受益!

新闻学是一门手动和实践能力要求很高的学科，经过大学三年多的专业理论学习，在大学的第四年，当其他本科专业的学生都还坐在教室里学习理论知识的时候，我们已经怀揣梦想，激情澎湃的奔向各自的实习岗位了。
xx年11月，我走进了贵州电视台的《百姓看法》栏目，开始了自己为期两个月的实习生活。走进贵州电视台的那一刻，感到的是庄严和神圣，是的，那一刻，我突然感觉到自己手中的笔，可以代表正义，减少弱势群体的无奈和悲伤，而不再仅仅只是发泄自己所谓的快乐喜悦或者惆怅忧伤。
《百姓看法》栏目分为新闻部和专题部两个部分。其中新闻部做的是短小的法制类新闻，比如消费者权益之类，要求的字数在500字以内，要求以最简短的语言把事情描述清楚，无须悬念。而专题部做的专题通常则是全省各地已经破获了的重大刑事案件，字数通常在3000字左右，依情况而定，不仅要求记者赶赴现场了解案件的来龙去脉，公安机关审查案件的全过程，以及在这个过程中遇到的
各种困难到怎么样排除困难最终将罪犯捉拿归案，还要求记者要把事件描述得跌宕起伏，这就对记者的视觉感官和画面组合以及文字表达能力提出了更高的挑战。
经过两天的观察，结合自身具体情况，爱好以及特长，考虑再三，我最终决定跟着专题组的老师跑专题。我想，这样不仅更能够挑战自己，而且更能够发挥和挖掘自己的写作特长，学到更多在课堂上学不到的宝贵经验。于是来到电视台的第三天，我找到《百姓看法》栏目制片说出了自己的想法，之后栏目制片把我分给了专题部的一个记者，我叫他吴老师。
因为上一期的专题节目刚做好交上去，当天暂时是没有采访也没有新闻制作等事情可做的，带我的记者吴老师和我聊了一会儿，他问为什么选择做专题。我说我喜欢写，特别是这样的长篇报道，更是个练笔的好机会。他笑说做专题是得经常下乡的而且常常一下乡就是好几天。我说没关系，我有这个心理准备的。接着他问能坐车吗，会不会晕车，因为如果下乡的话很有可能一天的大部分时间都是坐车在路途上颠簸。我笑，说从小到大还从来没晕过车呢，就喜欢坐车了。最后吴老师终于笑了，像松了一口气。我想，也许在最初的开始，他是很担心我是一个在家娇生惯养吃不了苦的丫头吧，担心我不是去做事情而是去给他找麻烦的。在这之前就曾听过男生个女生，电视台的老师更愿意带男生，因为男生能扛摄象机三脚架旅行包能吃苦，但是女生不行。我想这大概就是为什么说有性别歧视之说的原因吧。但是我可以肯定的是我是能扛摄象机三脚架的女生。
当天下班之前吴老师找了一些他以前做过的专题给我看，让我注意观察画面的颜色变化和远景中景近景的变化，以及每个画面的时间长度。他说远景是不可以直接接近景的，那样会出现跳桢，还有一个画面通常是5到7秒等等，之后又
打印了一些专题文章让我回学校看看，熟悉一下《百姓看法》栏目专题的写作格式和风格，为第二天的下乡做一个准备。我清楚要写这样一篇专题稿子没有深厚的文字功底是不行的，但是当时我不清楚的是自己的实力，只一味而急切的希望有个让自己写这样一篇专题稿子的机会。而这个即将到来的机会让我激动不已。
因为栏目里的实习生较多，而班上的另一个女同学z也比较想做专题，于是栏目制片把我们两个人一起分给了吴老师。第二天早上8点我和z就赶到了电视台，和匆匆赶来的吴老师从台里借出摄象机三脚架话筒和录象带之类的大包设备上车直奔目的地--黔东南州____(省、市、区、县)。车上，吴老师只是给我们大概说了一下我们要采访的是一个双尸案。
当天下午到达____(省、市、区、县)公安局，当下公安局的局长就此事给我们做了一个简单的介绍。我和另一个实习生z对此案有了一个大体而粗略的了解。晚饭后回到住处，吴老师就第二天的采访和我们做了一个讨论。首先他用简单的语言从新将整个事件拉了一条线索，然后让我们考虑几分钟，再把自己将如何策划这个专题的想法，以及下一天我们将采访些什么人，什么人采访什么内容，稿子将怎么下笔，需要些什么镜头等说给他听听。几分钟之后，我和z分别将各自的想法说了一遍，吴老师对我们说到的一些可取的想法赞赏了一番后，让我们先回去好好休息，天亮好好工作。
之前一直以为自己什么都知道什么都能做的我们，这个时候才清楚，原来之前我们的想法都太过幼稚而显得可笑。一个专题哪怕一个小小的新闻事件的记录，文字的记录都只是其中的一个载体，和画面一起述说着整个新闻事件的全过程，而在这个过程当中，新闻策划是非常重要的。
第二天的采访是一个漫长而辛苦的过程，有时候为了一个画面或者被采访者的一句话，要反反复复的重复一两个小时。大家都知道，平时说话顺畅而自然的人，面对摄象机的时候有的人会紧张显得不自然，甚至严重的说话都会断断续续，这就是"晕机".面对出现这种状况的被采访者，记者要异常的有耐心，转移其注意力，循序渐进而不可以表现出焦躁。
最让我难忘的是看到局里给出的案发现场的录象资料，被害人夫妇是在熟睡中被凶手拿斧头砍断脖子而死的，当屏幕上的现场血迹一点点增多的时候我终于忍不住把脸偏向了另一边--我是真的不敢看那样血血腥的场面的，我清楚要做一名合格的法制栏目的记者就洋该克服这样的恐惧心理不要害怕。我在心里对自己说，慢慢来吧，慢慢来，能行的。
