Unit 2 The photo which we liked best was taken by Zhao Min.

【教学目标】

1．就学生感兴趣的话题引入教学，使学生能快速地投入到课堂中。

2．利用多媒体和多种对话形式，引导学生积极参与课堂活动。

3．让学生运用所学的语言知识进行写作。

黑板，录音机，卡片，多媒体等。

【教学过程】

Step 1 Warming up

1．师生问候。

2．教师提问学生以复习上节课的内容。

活动小结：新课开始，教师通过与学生自由谈论上节课的摄影比赛，让学生参与其中，活跃了课堂气氛，也能让学生比较迅速地进入到课堂状态中，调动他们的学习积极性，消除了第一节课的紧张感。

Step 2 Presentation

1．Look at the subjects of the photo competition.Which subject does this photo belong to?

教师用多媒体呈现90页上的照片，让学生讨论并且说出其主题。

2．学习新单词：教师用卡片或课件形式呈现本节课的词汇：tonight，winner，rush，blouse，skirt，singer，congratulation，headmaster，present。

教师领读并且让学生了解它们的基本含义和词性。

需要详细讲解的词汇：

(1)tonight副词，(在)今晚，今夜。

(2)由动词win，拓展出新单词winner“获胜者”，其动名词形式为winning。

(3)rush动词“冲，奔”，短语：rush into冲进。

(4)由“男衬衫”shirt，引出新单词；blouse“女衬衫”。

(5)由dress“连衣裙”，引出“短裙子”skirt。

(6)由动词sing“歌唱”，拓展出新单词singer“歌手，歌唱家”。

(7)congratulation名词“祝贺”，常用复数形式：congratulations。

(8)由head＋master构成的合成名词“校长”。

(9)由名词present“礼物”，引出present的另一种词性：动词“授予，呈递”。

3．操练单词。

(1)给学生几分钟记单词，然后教师把带有单词的卡片拿出来让学生依次拼读。

(2)教师可以把学生分成几组进行单词拼读比赛。

活动小结：教师以图片的形式导入新单词，以图记忆，利用图片的形式拼读单词，加深记忆。找几名学生比赛记单词，巩固记忆。利用多种形式调动他们的学习热情。

Step 3 Practice & Consolidation

让学生读完Part 2中的短文后，核对这张照片是谁拍摄的。

2．Complete the table.

让学生以组为单位完成表格后，展示在黑板上。

3．让学生读一读、译一译这篇文章，了解文章大意。

4．引导学生学习知识点。

5．Make a dialogue according to the passage to talk about the prizes.

教师选几组学生表演对话，锻炼学生的口语表达能力。

活动小结：让学生去找文中的重点知识，发挥学生自主学习的能力，并通过习题的练习，来达到巩固加深的目的。

Step 5 Writing

Bring a photo and make a photo display.

Now choose a photo from the display.Write some sentences about the photo.

随机抽查一名学生的写作，让其他学生为其翻译。

活动小结：锻炼学生的写作能力和听力。

Step 6 Summary

教师引导学生复述本课时的重难点知识。

Step 7 Homework

1．Memorize the new words and phrases.

2．Write a passage about a photo from the display.
