宝马集团在慕尼黑的项目研发中心以其独特的空间构成方式，为我们开创

了一种新型产品研发合作模式。

工作室位于一座100x 100m 的建筑之中厅中央，恰如建筑中的建筑。这项

工程占据了各个楼层，工程的不同阶段都由飞速运转的模型得以展示。周边的

工作区域可以直接看到这些模型的运转情况。这样的制作方式创造了一种互动

的交流模式，每一个设计人员都可以在屏幕的虚拟图象和真实的模型之间切换

观看，而这种空间的聚焦则意味着可及时将相关人员调配到一起。

新项目大楼中工作陈列室为四层，每层都由四个分区组成。这些区域可提

供70到120个独立的工作空间，同时每两层由一个旋转楼梯联系，这样一个

完整的项目研究小组就可以在连续统一的空间中工作了。在这个宽敞、明亮、

舒适的空间里人们可以轻松自由地组织工作流程。而这种阁楼般的空间也可使

每个项目研究小组随心所欲地安排他们自己的工作环境。18
