It is common that students in school dormitory , more or less ,have conflict with their roommate . The reason to that is various , but it is usually the difference of personality be to blame .

since many of us born in a single child era , when we are in our childhood ,wo do have less chance to get along with others besides our parents in a relatively private and narrow environment . As a result of above , we may have a weaker ability to endure others difference in daily life . Cosequently , the conflict occurs .

In my opinion , how far wo can go in our future career is not only up to our major ability ,but also how we can get along with our workmate 。We will get aiong with our roommates for four years , so we should help each and have fun together. It is very important in our daily life.
