智力增值系数（VAIC）的真正含义研究

摘要：本文通过分析Pulic模型、智力增值系数（VAIC）和其与其他业绩衡量指标之间

的关系深入剖析了智力增值系数的真正含义。结果表明智力增值系数中的智力资本、人力资本和结构资本与Skandia导航仪和智力资本研究界一般所定义的含义不同，并且VAIC不是用来量度智力资本的价值，而是量度智力资本所创造的价值，是一种从利益相关者角度来衡量价值创造的业绩衡量指标，是对现有的业绩衡量方法的补充。

Abstract： The true meaning of value added intellectual coefficient is analyzed in-depth through exploring Pulic model， value-added intellectual coefficient（VAIC） and relationship between VAIC and other performance measurement. The results showed that intellectual capital， human capital and structural capital in VAIC are different from their meaning of Skandia Navigator. Moreover， VAIC is not intended to measure the value of intellectual capital， but measure value created by intellectual capital. VAIC from the perspective of stakeholders to measure value creation，is a performance measure， so it can complement the existing performance measurement method.

0 引言

智力资本（IC）是企业价值创造的驱动力和持续竞争优势的来源已被普遍接受，并广泛采用实证研究来验证和剖析其作用机理，数据来源主要有两种方式：一是来源于问卷调查；二是来源于财务数据。

如果采用财务数据，主要使用Pulic教授提出的智力增值系数（VAIC），利用财务指标来计算智力资本效率系数，从而研究智力资本与企业价值之间的关系。

可见VAIC作为智力资本评价方法已达成了共识。但也受到了一些学者的批评，而Iazzolino和Laise（2013）认为学者的批评主要是误解了VAIC中的人力资本（HC）和结构资本（SC）的含义，Pulic给的人力资本和结构资本术语与Skandia导航仪和智力资本研究界一

般所定义的含义完全不同。那么VAIC的真正含义是什么呢？
