Facility Overview

This is an audit on behalf of XYZ. In general facility representatives were receptive and cooperative during the whole audit. A closing meeting was held with Mr. ABC, all findings were addressed. Mr. OPR said they would have an internal meeting to follow up and necessary changes would be made in accordance.The employees work for 6 days a week in one shift which starts from 8.00 to 16.00.
