【摘要】Objective To compare the clinical efficacy after laser dacryocystoplasty combined with or without nasolacrimal duct stent placement in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Total of 80 eyes of 76 cases were randomly divided into two groups:Group A,38 eyes of 36 patients treated with laser dacryocystoplasty;Group B,42 eyes of 40 patients treated with laser dacryocystoplasty combined with nasolacrimal duct stent intubation.The follow-up time was 6 months.Nasolacrimal duct stent was kept for 3 months.And the treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment efficacy was very significant in 14 eyes (36.84％) of Group A and the symptoms improved in 11 eyes (28.95％).The total effeciency rate was 65.79％.The treatment effect was very significant in 27 eyes (64.29％) of Group B and the symptoms improved in 13 eyes(30.95％),the total efficiency rate was 95.24％.After statistical analysis,there was significant difference between the two groups (x2 =12.186,P =0.002).Conclusion Laser dacryocystoplasty combined with nasolacrimal duct stent intubation in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction is more effective.%目的
