What can parents do at home to encourage a child’s creativity?

I think every child is born with creativity, but that might be many areas. Parents should listen to their kids and encourage them to develop their interests. Through that process, parents can then find out which area their child is creative at, and then train their child.

In addition, parents should encourage children rather than blame them, because encouragement can give them confidence and bravery. Every child has it own creativity, what parents can do is to find it and encourage it.

What’s more, in my opinion, the most important problem for Chinesefamily is that parents didn’t leave enough time to accompany(陪伴) with children.

And don’t put too much emphasis (importance) on marks, stop compare their children with each other among friends and neighbors. It’s stupid; every child is unique and different.

Maybe, spending more time on doing activities together and going somewhere for sightseeing is a good idea.

Which should be emphasized(强调) in education, knowledge or creativity?

Ok, in my view, creativity is more important. Just as some experts say, creativity is the key to a brighter future. Anyone who benefits from creativity can discover a number of ways to approach problems and take advantage of the resources they have to produce original ideas

Creativity first when we are still young. I want my children could watch the world from the point of view of its in the beginning, not mine, not teachers, not any one. If he or she can give play to its creativity in life, I think it would ha a fulfilling and happy life. Unless creativity has been acquired early, it may never emerge; on the other hand, knowledge can be picked up later.

So knowledgeand creativity are dependent on each other, we can’t give up anyone. The fostering of knowledge and creativity are both worthwhile goals Perhaps we can find a better balance between the creativity and knowledge.
