浅谈我国水利工程施工项目管理中存在的问题及对策

【摘要】近年来随着我国综合国力的日益增强，我国的水利工程建设规模、种类、数量较大幅度增加，由于水利工程施工受环境因素、人为因素等诸多因素的影响，导致水利工程管理存在较大难度，水利工程施工管理作为水利工程项目管理的重要组成部分，其水平对整个水利工程项目的建设具有直接的影响。为了做好水利工程施工管理工作，促进水利事业的发展，对水利工程施工管理中存在的一些问题进行对策研究很有必要。

Problems and Countermeasures of the management of water conservancy project construction in our country

【Abstract】In recent years， with China's overall national strength increasing， our country water conservancy project construction scale， variety， quantity increased， due to the influence of water conservancy project construction by environmental factors， human factors， resulting in great difficulty in management of water conservancy project， the construction of water conservancy project management as an important part of the management of water conservancy project， it has a direct impact on the construction of the water conservancy project. In order to do a good job of water conservancy project construction management work， promote the development of water conservancy， some problems on the construction and management of water conservancy in the countermeasures is very necessary.

水利工程是社会经济建设的重要方面，水利工程的施工管理水平在整个水利工程施工过程中起着举足轻重的作用，因此加强水利工程管理意义重大。从总体上来看，我国水利工程施工经过多年的发展，较上世纪中后期已经有了很大的提升。但在具体的施工过程中仍存在着不足之处，水利工程质量重于泰山，因此对于不足之处我们仍需要进行足够的认识，采取有效的手段不断进行改进，从而促进水利工程施工质量的不断提升。
