先讲第一点,珍爱生命,学会做人.
在新年到来之际,我们不能忘记前不久印度洋海啸中遇难的15万无辜生命.这场40年来
罕见的灾难,让全世界的每一个人震惊:生命是如此的脆弱,又启迪人们发出这样的扣问:我们
该如何珍爱生命.是的,人是万物之灵,珍惜生命,关爱人类,以人为本,才会珍惜身边所有的一
切,才会从根本上懂得做人的道理.
说到做人,人民教育家陶行知先生的名言说得好:千教万教教人求真,千学万学学做真人.
中国著名物理学家,中科院院士,现任英国著名学府诺丁汉大学校长杨福家在接受记者采访时,
就做人问题发表了自己的看法.第一,要懂得你活在世界上是干什么的,这是人生观.知道了活
着是为了什么,就会有无限的动力;第二,要热爱自己的祖国,要把祖国的观念非常强烈地牢记
在心上,不热爱祖国,精神就没有根基;第三,要能艰苦奋斗,即使物质生活条件非常好了,也要
能艰苦奋斗.不能艰苦奋斗的人,是不可能有很大成就的;第四,应该能与人相容,懂得怎样与
人相处.

今天国旗下讲话的题目是《信心+行动＝成功》。
老师向大家介绍这样一位普通的女孩，她每天清晨骑着自行车匆匆地进入我们的校园，
和同学们一起认真地学习，一起快乐地游戏，一起健康地成长。她上课听讲的样子是那样专
注，她背起课文是那样投入，她做每一个题目都是一丝不苟。她门门功课都是优秀，她的作
文写得很好，语文老师还夸奖她写的字在班级中最好。她还在班级里担任小组长，对于这份
工作，她尽心尽力，深受同学表扬。
这是一个来自湖北的小女孩，一年前跟随打工的父母来到了张桥，转到我们学校的五年
级，可是，你可能不太相信，当时，她的语文最多考80多分，数学经常是七、八十分，最令
她难过的是英语，别人从三年级起开始学了，她可从来没有学过，最简单的abc等26个英文
字母也没几个认识。面对这样的困难，她应该怎么办呢？是被困难吓倒，还是勇敢地战胜困
难？她选择了勇敢。英语不会，她请班主任老师借来了三年级的英语课本和磁带，向同学、
老师请教，利用一切空余时间听英语磁带，背英语单词，读英语对话。对其它各门功课，她
也认真预习、复习，上课专心听讲，课后细心地完成每一份作业。一些乐于助人的同学，在
班主任老师的安排下，来到她的身边，给她帮助，给她鼓励，更带给她新集体的温暖。工夫
不负有心人，她用不到一年的时间，学了别人要用三年半时间学习的英语，并且现在每次英
语考试都在90分以上，语文、数学成绩也稳定在90几分。她说，将来想当一位老师，多好
的理想啊！
她是一个面对困难仍然充满信心，并且以实际行动向困难挑战，最终战胜困难的同学。

跟同学们说说什么吗？] 每到期末，总有一些同学担心自己没复习好，怕考试失败。其实，在每个人的成长道路
上，都会遇到这样或那样的困难和挫折。所不同的是，有的人因为被困难吓倒，放弃了追求，
失去了向上的信心，导致了彻底的失败；而有的人却能把困难当作动力，认真分析造成失败
的原因，吸取教训，决不放弃理想和目标，最后体验到了成功的喜悦。同学们，你是怎样对
待失败的？你是不是也像吴梦同学一样，不怕困难和失败，对自己充满信心，对未来所追求

当然，我们还得注意掌握正确的复习方法。我向大家介绍几个办法：
第一，上复习课要认真听讲，遇到不太懂的地方要向老师、同学大胆请教。
第二，善于找出自己平时不太懂的地方。低年级的同学请爸爸、妈妈给你出一些题目做
做。中高年级的同学可以看看以前练习册、测试卷上做错的题目会不会做了。
第三，善于利用时间。当我们在下课时，与其把时间浪费在大吵大闹上，还不如记几个
公式，背一段文章，不如再想一遍老师在课上讲的重点......放学回家后不要只顾玩耍和看
电视，应尽快做完作业，空出的时间应该用来复习。把在课堂上学的反复复习几遍，要把知
识牢记在脑里，而不是随便看几眼，马虎了事。而且复习并不是在测验、考试前才做的，而
是要天天做的。做完作业可以多看一下课外书，周末可以看一些时事、科学教育性的节目，
可以增长见识，丰富阅历。
知识是日积月累下来的，只要我们树立信心，拿出实际行动，认真听课、认真完成作业、

美国耶鲁大学进行了一项调查，研究人员问参与调查的学生这样一个问题：你们有目标吗？只有10%的学生确认他们有目标。研究人员又问了第二个问题：如果你们有目标，那么，你们可不可以把它写下来呢？结果只有4%的学生清楚地把自己的目标写下来。20年后，耶鲁大学的研究人员在世界各地追访当年参与调查的学生，他们发现，当年白纸黑字写下人生目标的那些学生，无论是事业发展还是生活水平，都远远超过了另外那些没有写下目标的同龄人。这4%的人拥有的财富居然超过那96%的人总和。那些没有明确人生目标的96%的人，一辈子都在直接地或间接地、自觉不自觉地帮助那4%的人实现人生目标。可见，人生目标的确定，对一个人的一生来说是多么重要啊！我希望同学们要尽快确立自己的目标，并把自己目标写下来，时时提醒自己，时时鞭策自己。自己心里一定要想着，只要努力学习，一定能让自己的成绩上一个新的台阶。
（二）要从现在就开始行动。
目标不是口头说说的动人话语，它需要用行动去证明，需要用行动去实现。从现在就开始行动，不把今天的事情留给明天，因为明天是失败者找借口的日子。从现在就开始行动。如果我们迟疑，成功就会投入别人的怀抱，永远弃我们而去。哈佛图书馆有这样一句名言：从现在开始，永远都不晚。
（三）要合理的利用时间。
1、每天列出计划。确定每天的目标，每天早晨头一件事是考虑第一项工作，先做起来，直至完毕。再做第二项，如此下去，如果没有全部完成，不要太在意，因为照此办法完不了，那么用其它办法也是做不了的。
