【摘要】目的：观察临床上甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素对小儿难治性支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法选择50例小儿难治性支原体肺炎患者，调查组患者进行阿奇霉素治疗，对照组进行甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素联合治疗。结果调查组的治愈时间为3周，对照组的治愈时间为4周。调查组治愈时间比对照组短，不良反应发生率低。结论利用甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素进行小儿难治性肺炎治疗，能够有效缓解小儿肺炎的症状，增加治愈的成功率。%Objective To observe the clinical methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin on children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect. Methods 50 cases of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia patients, the investigation group of azithromycin in the treatment and control groups were combined therapy of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin.Results The cure time of the investigation group was 3 weeks, while the control group was 4 weeks. The cure time of the investigation group was shorter than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was low.Conclusion The methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin for children with refractory pneumonia treatment, can effectively alleviate the symptoms
