【摘要】Objective Conservative treatment of infantile abdominal external hernia analysis experience. Methods To observe therapeutic ef ect with conservative treatment in 28 cases of abdominal external hernia in children in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 December. Results Al cases were fol owed up for 3 years, except for 3 cases of inguinal hernia were not recommended to conservative treatment or elective operation treatment, the other cases had no recur ence. Conclusion The importance of conservative treatment for pediatric inguinal hernia, can al eviate the condition, to achieve the purpose of healing.%目的婴幼儿腹外疝的保守治疗分析体会。方法我院自2010年1月~2013年12月采用保守治疗对28例腹外疝患儿进行疗效观察。结果随访3年，所有病例除3例腹股沟斜疝病例未愈建议继续保守治疗或择期手术治疗，其他病例未再复发。结论重视小儿腹股沟疝的保守治疗，能缓解病情，达到治愈的目的。
