厦门市2011年初中学业考试说明（英语）

一、命题依据

以教育部制订的《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》（试验稿）为依据，参照《课程标准》关于九年级结束时要求达到的“五极目标”进行命题；同时充分考虑我市初中毕业班的英语教学实际，以及现行教材《新目标》英语（go for it）的话题功能及词汇特点。

二、命题原则

义务教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生初步的综合语言运用能力，并通过英语学习促进学生的心智发展，提高学生的综合人文素养，而综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等诸方面整体发展的基础之上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础；文化意识有利于正确地理解语言和得体地使用语言；积极的情感态度有利于促进学生主动学习和持续发展；有效的学习策略有利于提高学习效率和发展自主学习能力。这五个方面相辅相成，共同促进综合语言运用能力的形成与发展。

命题将严格遵循教育部制订的《英语课程标准》既定的总体目标和各项教学原则，尤其是“以话题功能为主线”的课改理念。坚持从听、说、读、写等多个层面考查学生英语语言知识的掌握程度及其综合的语用能力。

1、科学性原则；

注意从各个环节保证试卷的高信度，如试题结构、选材、题目表述、问题设置等尽量做到科学、合理、规范。

2、指导性原则；

正确发挥考试的导向功能，坚持以学生为中心，有利于引导教师改进教学方法，引导学生学会学习。

3、稳定性原则；

尽量在试题结构和难易梯度等方面与去年中考保持相对的稳定，使本届老师能够更有针对性地组织学生进行有效的复习教学工作。

4、全面性原则。

力求做到面向全体学生，充分考虑到各个层面学生的水平状况，合理安排试题的难易比例。

三、考试范围、主要内容及目标要求

以《课程标准》所规定的九年级结束时应达到的“三—五级目标”的要求为基本考查内容范围，同时参照本届学生所学的现行教材《新目标》英语（go for it）第七至九年级各分册的内容。侧重考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。

《课标》所列举的话题内容参考：

四、试卷难度

试题难度值控制在0.62 - 0.67之间；及格率控制在65% - 70%；易、中、难的比例为7:2:1。

五、试卷结构

全卷满分为150分，采用闭卷笔试。考试时间为120分钟，其中，听力测试30分，大约需要20分钟左右的听音作答时间，通过厦广经济台播放考试录音。

具体试题结构编排如下：
