道路照明灯杆优化分析

道路照明灯杆优化分析

摘要:当前道路照明灯杆设计主要依靠传统计算方法,灯杆高度、壁厚、挑臂长度统一,导致设计余量较大,钢材浪费严重,或安全储备不足,灯杆断裂。基于结构力学理论,设置道路照明灯杆设计变量及优化目标函数,建立优化设计数学模型。以马鞍山市主干道路照明使用的10m 钢质灯杆为对象,采用非线性规划求解法,对灯杆高度、壁厚、挑臂长度等设计变量进行优化计算。计算与分析结果表明:当前工况下,灯杆安全系数为2.43,有足够的安全储备,存在优化空间;随着路灯挑臂长度的增加,路灯壁厚的减小,路灯灯杆安全系数逐渐减小。综合考虑道路照明灯杆经济性与安全性,建议道路照明灯杆安全系数为2.0,挑臂臂长4.0m ,最优壁厚为3.66mm 。

Abstract:The lamppost design of the traditional computing method gives the unified pole height,wall thickness and arm length,which leads to problems as follows:steel waste is serious for the bigger design margin;lamppost cracks without enough safety reserves.Based on theory of structural mechanics,the lamppost design variables and optimized objective function were set up,the optimal mathematical model was established.By taking a typical 10m lamppost in Ma'anshan city main road as the research object,the nonlinear programming method was used to optimize calculation of design variables,such as wall thickness,diameter and the arm length.The calculation results show that the safety factor is about 2.43,the design of lamppost has enough safety reserve and greater optimization space;the safety factor deceases gradually with the increase of the arm length and the decrease of the wall thickness.It is more economic and reasonable for lamppost that the safety factor is 2.0,the wall thickness is

3.66mm,and the arm length is

4.0m in Ma'anshan city main road.

道路照明是指在道路上安装照明灯具,为夜间来往车辆和行人提供良好的视觉环境,从而改善交通条件,提高道路通行能力和保证交通安全。道路照明设施主要包括灯具、挑臂、灯杆,灯杆支撑灯具和挑臂,挑臂长度为灯具的光中心至邻近一侧缘石的水平距离[1-2]。对于路灯灯杆的计算,国内学者开展了系列研究,杜利超等[3]对灯杆壁厚开展研究并验证其安全性,指出当前灯杆设计余量较大,钢材浪费严重;席美蕾等[4]、吴
