教学目标To master some words and expressions:

教学策略1. Warming up to arouse the students’interest in food.

2. Listening-and-answering activity to help the students go through the listening material.

教学程序Step1. Greetings and introductions.

Hello, everyone. My name is ….

Step2. Free talk.

What do we eat today?

Which food do you like best?

What do you have for breakfast?

Step3. Warm-up.

Skim the sentences and learn the new words.

Match the pictures with the correct words from the box.

Put the food from Activity one into the correct circles. Can you add more food to each category?

Talk about what do you like to eat every day ?

Step4. Listening and Speaking A What would you like to have? Look at the picture and guess where the two students are. Then listen to the conversation to check your prediction.

Then close your books and listen to the conversation to check your prediction.

Listen again and then underline the expressions about choosing dishes in the conversation.

Read the dialogue after the tape to practise pronunciation and tone. Act out the dialogue.

Talk about the following food with the expressions you’ve learned. Work in pairs and complete the conversation below.
