[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of the implementation of vacuum sealing drainage technique in trauma patients with replantation of severed limb.Methods A total of 100 cases of limb replantation patients admitted to our hospital from August 1st，2016 to December 2nd，2017 were selected，and divided into control group and observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The treatment of routine treatment and negative pressure closed drainage of trauma were respectively implemented，and the volume scores of primary and secondary symptoms，total integral values and total effective rates of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results The volume scores and total scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P
