Good habits

Good habits are very important

I have some good habits. I usually go to bed early and get up early. I also exercise regularly with my friends because health really plays an important role in our life. I would like to become healthier, so I must have less meat or junk food. Besides, I will eat more vegetables and drink more water. A balanced diet will give us lots of energy and keep us active. In one word, good habits make me keep fit and strong.
