背景

随着科技的发展,手机是人手一部,以前是人掌握着手机,现在我们却变成了手机的奴

隶,于是出现了低头族大军,那么你是其中的一个吗?

手机族,是指如今在地铁、公交车里那些个个都作“低头看屏幕”状,看手机或是掏出

平板电脑聊天、购物、玩游戏、看视频,想通过盯住屏幕的方式,把零碎的时间填满的人。

低头族危害极大,不仅给我们的身体带来伤害,比如伤肌,伤眼,辐射大,还影响我们

的精神及人际交往,既荒废了自己的学业,也影响他人的正常学习。活动目的

“即使你每天都在网上给他点赞、留言,你们在网上聊天,这样的关系保持半年一年,

也比不上某个空闲的周末,你们坐在校园或宿舍里晒着太阳说说闲话。”为了让大家清楚明白

的认识到上课玩手机的危害,珍惜美好的大学时光,树立远大志向,公共事业管理班班委会

即将开展以“放下手机,拥抱生活”为主题的活动。

活动流程

1. 全班同学以小组为单位,进行问卷调查,分析学生迷恋手机的原因

2. 宣传委员制作“拒做低头族,抬头向前看”海报,并举行签名活动

3. 由班委组织上课前在教室门口准备一个收纳盒,呼吁同学们在课前将手机放入收纳盒,

上课认真听讲

4. 开展以“放下手机,拥抱生活”为主题的班会,对问卷调查的结果进行分析,并以事

例讲述低头族的危害,比如对身体的危害,伤眼睛,毁脊椎,辐射大,甚至因为玩手机而导

致重大的事故,以及对同学们交流产生的危害,让同学们意识到低头族的危害,并就怎么保

护眼睛以及在玩手机时应注意的事项进行讲解

5. 利用周末的时间,由班委在操场上组织一些课外活动,全班同学参加,以此丰富同学

们的生活,转移注意力,减少玩手机的时间。具体活动内容如下:

一、团体活动项目:

1. 手舞足蹈:(五人一组)

活动规则简介:五人相背站立一列,由比赛队员抽取所猜题目,第一人表演,不能发出

声音,只能用肢体语言表现词语或物品,第二人转身观看,第二人观看时后面队员不能观看,

依次传递,由最后一人说出所猜物品或词语,每人表演时间不得多于30秒,活动结束。

猜测正确队伍获胜,按时间排名次,裁判员宣布比赛结果。

2. 抢板凳:(五人一组)

活动规则简介:五人一组,每次每组出一人参与活动,于活动场地设置五个板凳,由裁判员发布口令,队员绕板凳双脚跳,未抢到板凳的队员被淘汰,并递减一个板凳,继续循环,直到剩下一人为止,每抢到板凳一次为组加一分,活动结束获得积分最多的队伍获胜。

3. 喝水唱歌:(五人一组)

活动规则简介:五人相对站立,由第一人抽取所唱歌曲,然后喝下一杯水,唱给第二个人,依次喝水传递,每人唱两次,吐出水即不能再唱,由最后一人猜出歌名,猜测成功的队伍按时间排出名次。

4.连体婴儿:(六人一组)

活动规则简介:三组一轮,每组六人分成3对,两人背对,中间夹一个气球,由裁判发布口令,由起点出发绕过标志物返回,交与另外两人继续,六人全部完成计时结束,用时最短的队伍获胜。气球中途掉落必须回到起点重新开始。

二、个人比赛项目:

1、灭火专家:

活动规则简介:在凳子上放蜡烛,由比赛者说出一个英文词组或者单词将蜡烛吹灭,发音必须标准,不得故意吹灭蜡烛,30秒内吹灭蜡烛最多者获胜。

2、你来比划我来猜:(两人一组,自由组合十组)

活动规则简介:由一人选取猜词分类,并抽取题目,限时一分钟,一人比划一人猜,时间到时按猜对题目数目排名。

3、浑水摸鱼:

活动规则简介:三个脸盆中装清水和豆子若干,参赛者左手持筷(左撇子用右手),将豆子夹到碗里,限时一分钟,夹豆子最多的人获胜。

活动后期安排

以小组为单位,以书面材料的方式,对“拒当低头族”活动进行总结和自我感悟,以及进行小组内讨论交流。

亲爱的同学们:

当今社会,人们的生活水平越来越高,当手机渐渐变为人们日常生活中普通工具的时候,它已经成为我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。而手机智能化也让手机这一原本的通讯工具,渐渐变成了供大众娱乐消遣的工具。它就像是一把锋利的双刃剑,在带给我们便利和喜悦的同时,也在长中埋下了诸多隐患,不容小觑。如今我们教室的课堂上时常会遇到如此现象,上课的教室中时不时的传出手机铃声,让上课的我们精神疲惫。手机铃声让上课认真听讲者倍受干扰,让辛勤授课的老师无法专心授课,让良好的课堂氛围悄然消逝。由此可见,手机已成了威胁我们课堂秩序的“最大杀手”,我们应该清醒地意识到我们不能因此葬送掉我们在课堂上学习宝贵知识的机会。

为进一步改善校园的学习氛围,计算机学院特向全体学生发出以下倡议:

一、上课前请自觉关闭手机或将手机调为静音。专心听课,排除干扰。提高课堂学习效率,遵守课堂纪律,不影响他人,维持老师正常教学,保持课堂的良好秩序。

二、课堂上,同学们应该相互监督,认真学习,紧随教师授课内容,提高听课质量,活跃课堂气氛。

三、应理智对待手机,养成合理使用手机的良好习惯,以学习为主,娱乐为辅。不沉迷于手机聊天、手机阅读、手机游戏等。

四、各班班团干部,各学生会成员应以身作则,应带头上课关闭手机或者不使用手机,积极配合老师,使教学活动顺利进行。

五、上课时不把手机带到教室充电,以防教室中的电源插头与手机插头不匹配,发生漏

电、短路的现象,引起火灾,后果不堪设想。

同学们,我们是新时代的好青年,我们应树立新风,起好带头作用,为了自己的理想与未来,让我们行动起来,从我做起,从现在做起,不做低头族,做回我自己!

尊敬的各位老师亲爱的同学们,大家下午好,我是来自经济学院的黄晓娜,今天我汇报的主题是“掌无手机心自静,腹有诗书气自华”,我们的提案是上课不做“低头族”。

今天的汇报将通过以下五个方面进行:1提案背景2团队介绍3解决方案4可行性分析5预期问题。

首先进入第一个部分:提案背景。

当年的ta伏案疾书,遨游在知识的海洋里

如今的ta指点屏幕,迷失在网络的枯井里

将来的ta痛彻心扉,沉浸在悔恨的藩篱里

同学们是否发现课堂上少了激烈的讨论声,多了手机的铃响声

因此我们希望,通过此提案,最终在全校范围内形成良好的课堂学习氛围和学习风气。由此,组成了我们的团队——金点子创意团队,这就是我们青春靓丽的团队成员,每个人分工明确,我们的口号是群策群力金点子,共筑校园新生活。

上课低头族的现象并不是一日形成的,要改变这一现象,需要一个循序渐进的过程。我们预计花费1至2个月,分三个阶段在长江大学来实施。首先将在我们经济学院试行,然后针对反馈的意见进行局部调整,进行全校区推广,最后不断创新发展,形成一个长效机制。

下面我来为大家具体说明我们的实施步骤:

第二,试行阶段。我们的创新型小方法将首先在我院大二、大三共计19个班级试行,这也是我们整个提案的核心和亮点:

1.每个班级设置手机收纳袋,一块80cm*60cm的布上有五十个小口袋,每个口袋上有编号,编号对应学生的班内序号。每个班级的收纳袋由班长团支书管理,上课的时候将它带到教室。

2.建立收纳袋的值班人制度。值班人在上课前要求同学们按照自己的序号把手机放入对应编号的收纳袋中,下课后提醒同学按照自己的序号有序取回。从课前到课后的整个过程中要求班委发挥带头和监督作用。

3.建立奖励机制。因为这同时也是学生考勤的辅助手段,对于自愿交手机的同学,也是出勤率高且愿意配合学校学院活动的同学,平时成绩可以酌情给高一些。这种奖励机制也有利于同学们积极地参与本活动。

4.将我院试行阶段的活动过程录制下来,作为进一步宣传的视频。

第三,推广阶段。我们将对学院内部试行阶段的效果做调查,倾听反馈的意见,对方案进行局部调整,随之在全校区进行推广。学校的实施方案与试行方案的不同之处在于收纳袋的设置。我们做过调查,上课常用的教室多分布于12、13、14教,约180个教室。为解决有时因保管人忘带收纳袋而致使活动无法实施的情况,我们希望能将收纳袋固定在每个教室门后,同时,收纳袋的放置数量也会根据教室的大小而定。为此,我们团队会先与学校教学楼教室管理中心和后勤集团进行沟通,不仅希望取得他们的同意和支持,也是希望收纳袋能得到良好的保管,保证方案的顺利实施。

我们将整个方案可行性概括为:简单易操作,成本省更多,干部带头做,模范效应强,实施方法巧,效果才更好。

我们方案预期会达到如下效果:部分同学被感召,自觉主动应号召,课堂环境无铃扰,师生互动多欢笑,手机自觉进口袋,爱教爱学氛围好

不管多么可行的方案,如果没有全体师生的大力配合,是无法取得一个良好的效果的。因此,我们预料到会出现如下几个问题:

1.学生不配合,出现不交手机、交假手机、谎称没带手机却上课偷偷玩的现象;

2.手机的看护问题,例如在下课或者课间,同学趁乱错拿或盗窃手机;

3.学习较为认真的同学可能将手机作为学习机,当老师提到不懂的地方,马上进行查阅资料,如果放在收纳袋中,便无法查阅;

4.上公选课的时候,谁作为值班人管理和看护手机;

5.收纳袋的管理问题,如果收纳袋遗失、被破坏,那么将影响方案的开展。

针对这五个问题,我们提出以下相应的解决方法:

1.试行效果好,方案切实可行后,将“课前交手机,课后领手机”列入校规校纪,对于违反校规校纪者实施惩罚,情节严重者记过;

2.完善值班人制度。各班在挑选值班人时,需挑选可信赖的有责任意识的值班人,课前提醒同学们按序号放好,课间或课后同学领取时,必须本人领取自己序号对应的手机,而且需排队有序领取;对于盗窃等情节严重的道德事件,只能通过教室监控和老师来解决;

3.对于学习认真,课上只是利用手机进行学习的同学,建议在老师提到不懂的知识时,作相应的记录,课后进行查询;

4.全校推广后,公选课老师在上课时成立临时班委,设立班长,由班长作为值班人管理和看护手机,这也是提升公选课出勤率和上课投入度的好方法;

5.方案一经推行推广,那么设置在各教室的收纳袋便成为公物,公物的管理和维护将按照学校有关规定实施。

最后我们的方案的预算如下,院内试行阶段成本不高,但推广阶段是一项大工程,需要全校师生的通力配合,才能取得更好的效果。
