Oxfam Trail walker has been one of HongKong’ biggest fund-raising events since 1981。It was known as Trail walker before。It is organized by Oxfam Hongkong to raise money for helping poor people in HongKong and other parts of Asia and Africa。Trail walker is held in November every year。People over eighteen of group themselves into a team of four people and join this walk。

Oxfam Trail walker is a hard hike because you have to finish walking 100 kilometers in 48 hours。It means you may have to walk two days and nights without sleep。The trail walker have to walk through eight country parks and over twenty hills and mountains。

It is an excellent chance for people to learn team spirit，All the team members must plan everything together before the event。They need to walk together to finish the hike because only the team’s finishing time will be recorded 。It is necessary for them to support and help each other both before and during the event。

Han Xiaopeng took China’s first gold on snow. He became an Olympic “dark horse” last Thursday by winning the gold medal in men’s freestyle aerial skiing(自由式滑雪空中技巧) at Turin in Italy. He made two almost perfect jumps for the highest score. Han had never won a world gold medal before, let alone (更不用说) in the Olympics！

I’d always thought that kite flying might be more fun for the kite than for the person holding the line.
