In recent years, China’s food indust ry occurs security issus frequently, which makes people worried and lose confidence.

Food safety, related to the people’s health, safety and healthy development of economy, is the major issue of national stabil ity and social development. Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society increasingly concerned about food safety issue. It was in this context that the food safety issue was referred to an unprecedented level.

近几年，中国食品工业经常发生安全问题，这使得人们很担忧并失去了信心。食品安全与人们的健康，安全以及经济的健康发展息息相关，是国家稳定和社会发展的主要问题。自2008年三鹿事件发生以来，全社会对食品安全问题的关注越来越高。

There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process, adding toxic substances, excessive use of food additives, abusing of chemical additives and so on. There are many reasons to cause this problem, and regulators, producers and even consumers share responsibilities. The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues.

Responsibility is a keyword that we should never disregard, defined not only as the courage to face every foreseeable risk, but as the braveness to entail every malpractice when it really takes place as well. The causes of the shortage of responsibility or even conscience may be as follows. Firstly, inner cause ascribing probably to the destructive influence emanating from the decay of morality may result in the over-materialism .Furthermore, outerly, deficient supervisal gives rise to the fearless adventurer who is at the risk of anything ,not to say to deviate from his own liability ,to pursue as many as profits. A case in point is the Melamine-laced Milk Incident which almost destroyed the whole of China's milk industry.

It is imperative that drastic measures should be taken to end this thorny situation, such as enacting related law to reinforce our supervisal mechanism to avoid the behavior of kicking the ball when something bad happen and promoting social entities to regain one of Chinese traditional virtues, which is called "who would enter the hell if I wouldn't", that means, undoubtedly, to learn to be responsible for the blunder means sensible unflinchingness.

浅谈中国食品安全问题 【摘要】:近些年来，中国的食品安全问题层出不穷,每年频频出现的重大食品安全事件，不仅严重影响到了人们的身体健康，造成了巨额的财产损失，而且也影响到了中国的经济发展、食品出口、社会稳定等一系列问题。因此，如何保障食品安全问题亟待我们一起探讨和解决。 【关键词】：安全现状、特点、产生的原因、不利影响、对策一、食品安全的定义 食品安全在我国有2方面的定义，分别来源于2个英语概念：一是一个国家或社会的食物保障(food security)，即是否具有足够的食物供应；另一个是食品中有毒、有害物质对人体健康影响的公共卫生问题(food safety)。食品安全有2个层次的含义：绝对安全性：被认为是指确保不可能因食用某种食品而危及健康或造成伤害的一种承诺，也就是该食品应绝对没有风险。相对安全性：被定义为一种食物或成分在合理食用方式和正常食量的情况下，不会导致对健康损害的实际确定性，但不能担保在不正常食用时可能产生的风险。其实现实生活中绝对安全的食品是不存在的，我们都在每天使用相对安全的食品。 二、我国食品安全现状 我国自上个世纪80年代以来，食品安全问题日益严重，从最初曝光的二恶英、红汞、甲醛（福尔马林）、激素、面粉添加剂（过氧化苯甲酰）、面粉漂白剂、假酒（甲醇）、洗衣粉油条、陈化粮毒米、

苏丹红、瘦肉精、铁酱油、毛发酱油，到牛奶业普遍使用三聚氰胺、养殖业普遍滥用抗生素、食品工业违规滥用食品添加剂、滥用氢化油（反式脂肪酸）、农药残留严重超标等等，直到近几年不顾一切冒然推进转基因食品产业化。这些问题已对人民生命健康和民族生存构成严重威胁。 三、食品安全大事件 1、双汇瘦肉精事件：瘦肉精是指能够促进瘦肉生长的药物添加剂，任何能够促进瘦肉生长、抑制肥肉生长的物质。猪食用后在代谢过程中促进蛋白质合成，加速脂肪的转化和分解，提高了猪肉的瘦肉率。但人体食用后直接危害人体健康。其主要危害是：出现肌肉振颤、心慌、战栗、头疼、恶心、呕吐等症状，特别是对高血压、心脏病、甲亢和前列腺肥大等疾病患者危害更大，严重的可导致死亡。 消费者熟悉的双汇集团旗下公司被央视3·15特别节目曝光。央视报道，双汇宣称“十八道检验、十八个放心”，但猪肉不检测“瘦肉精”。因此河南孟州等地养猪场采用违禁动物药品“瘦肉精”饲养，导致有毒猪肉流向了“双汇”。足以见得企业对消费者的健康不负责任的态度。 2、染色馒头事件：上海盛禄食品有限公司分公司在生产过程中添加色素、防腐剂等，将白面染色制成玉米面馒头、黑米馒头等，工人还随意更改馒头的生产日期。“染色”馒头进入了上海部分超市销售。上海工商执法人员对报道中涉及的迪亚天天仓储中心、华联超市光新路店等进行了执法检查，并在现场发现了涉嫌使用色素的“染色”馒
