Background背景

In Kone elevator system, the car door contact and landing door contact are wired together with other safety switches to form a safety chain. Under normal operating condition, any one of the safety contacts when opened will render the lift inoperative.

通力产品,轿门和厅门触点接线与其他安全开关相接,形成安全链。在电梯的正常运行情况下,当打开任何一个安全触点,都会导致电梯的不运行。

In today advance lift technology, there is demand for advance door opening during leveling period so that the system will save precious few seconds thus improving the overall efficiency of the lift system. During heavy traffic, it is common that the lift will be moved out of level gradually by a few centimeters when passengers move in or out of the cab quickly. The lift is required to re-level with door opened when the out of level reaches about 10mm.

Additional safety其他安全

During the ADO and re-leveling operation, the lift is moving with the door opened. LCEADO board provided a bridge over the car door contact and landing door contact. It is extremely important that during normal run, there is no shorted path over the car door contact or landing door contact.

在ADO和再平层运行时,电梯开门运行。ADO板在轿门触点和厅门触点间起桥梁作用。尤其重要的是在正常运行中,轿门触点或厅门触点无短路现象。

It is therefore essential that the car door contact and landing door contact inputs are monitored and supervised. Any abnormal cases of shorted path over the car door contact or landing door contact should render the lift inoperative.

因此,重要的是对轿门触点和厅门触点输入进行监控和管理。轿门触点或厅门触点上任何不正常的短路都会导致电梯无法正常运转。

Referring to figure 1 above which shows a typical minispace door contacts circuit, the car door contact and landing door contact are input into the LCEADO board. These two signals are then send over to the LCECPU board.

Parameters参数

These signals are monitored by the software constantly. We can provide additional safety checks for shorted car door contacts or landing door contacts by setting the parameters as shown below:

0 - Shaft door contact not supervised (default in EU, NC)

0-厅门触点不受监控(北美以外地区默认值)

1 - Shaft door contact supervised (default in NA)

Submenu 2 - Car Door Contact子菜单2-轿门触点

0 - Car door contact not supervised (default in EU, NC)

Example:示例

When supervision is activated and input state doesn’t change, fault

F0087 (car door contact) or F0095 (shaft door contact) is activated.

当监控被激活,输入状况没有改变,产生故障0087(轿门触点)和0095(厅门触点)

Must do action in the Frontline前线需采取的措施

In all Kone LCE controller, including monospace and minispace, set

Menu 7-5 submenu 1 to 1 ( default is 0 )

Menu 7-5 submenu 2 to 1 ( default is 0 )

通力所有的LCE控制,包括无机房和小机房

菜单7-5 子菜单1设置为1(默认值是0)

Testing and precaution ( Optional – only carry out by qualified personnel )调试和防范(可选-只能由有资额的人员操作)

Please read the following testing instructions carefully and ensure all safety aspects are followed without fail.请仔细阅读下文调试指导、确保遵循安全指导

1)Put up all the required barricades on the landings and inside the cab

在厅门及轿厢内放置安全围栏

2)Stop the lift at the top floor with the door opened

将电梯停止在顶层并将电梯保持在开门状态

3)Put the lift on inspection mode

设置电梯为检修模式

4)Change the parameters as shown above

如上文描述修改参数

5)Switch off the main switch (Make sure no passenger inside the lift)

关闭主电源(确保没有乘客在轿厢内)

6)Put a jumper across XC1-5 and XC1-7

在XC1-5 和XC1-7短接

7)Have a technician inside the lift to ensure that no person will come near the landing

有一技术人员在电梯内,确保无人靠近厅门

8)Turn on the power、put the lift to normal mode and disable the landing call

打开电源、设置电梯为正常模式、取消呼梯功能

9)The lift standstill at landing and give a door open command

电梯停在楼层,给开门指令

10)When the lift doors open, fault 0087 should be logged. Lift should be shut down with door

Opened

开门时,显示0087故障。电梯应开着门停止运行。

11)Turn off the power

关闭电源

12)Removed the jumper between XC1-5 and XC1-7

去除XC1-5 和XC1-7间的短接线

13)Clear the fault log

清除故障记录

14)Run the lift under normal operation and check no fault is logged

在正常的运行情况下运行电梯,检查无故障被记录

15)Stopped the lift at floor and keep the door open

将电梯停在楼层,保持开门状态

16)Turn off power

关闭电源

17)Put a jumper between XH2-1 and XH2-3

在XH2-1和XH2-3短接

18)Turn on the main power

打开主电源

19)The lift standstill at landing and give a door close command

电梯停在楼层,给关门指令

20)When the lift doors start to close, fault 0095 should be logged. Lift should be shut down with

door opened

21)Turn off the main power

22)Removed the jumper between XH2-1 and XH2-3

27)Put two jumpers, one across XC1-5 and XC1-7 and another across XH2-1 and XH2-3

放2根短接线,一根短接XC1-5和XC1-7,另一根短接XH2-1和XH2-3

28)Turn on the main power

29)The lift standstill at landing and give a door open/close command.

电梯停在楼层,给开门/关门指令

30)When the lift doors open, fault 0087 should be logged

Safety Note: From step 7 onwards, a technician must be inside the lift to prevent any person from entering the lift. Reason being if some mistake is done during the test, the lift may run in high speed with the door opened

注意:从步骤7开始,必须有技术人员在轿厢内,防止乘客进入轿厢。原因:如果在测试阶段出差错,电梯将开门高速运行
