【摘要】Objective To investigate the consistency of the results of the different manufacturers of the same laboratory using two blood gas analyzer. Methods uses two blood gas analyzer detected at intervals of not more than 1 minutes 21 random fresh arterial blood specimens, the results of the comparison analysis. Results The pCO2 regression equation of y =0.9608x + 0.2598 (R2 = 0.9785); the pH regression equation is y = 1.0809x - 0.583 (R2 = 0.9892); the pO2 regression equation y = 1.0046x + 0.1063 (R2 = 0.9902); three project SE (estimated systematic errors) to less than 1/2TE (total allowable error).
