Little Miss Muffet

Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet

Eating her curds and whey,

Along came a spider,

Who sat down beside her

And frightened Miss Muffet away

Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star

Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are?

Up above the world so high , like a diamond in the sky

When the blazing sun is gone, when he nothing shines upon,

Then you show your little light, twinkle, twinkle all the night.

Then the traveller in the dark, thanks you for your tiny spark,

He could not see which way to go, if you did not twinkle so.

In the dark blue sky you keep, and often through my curtains peep, For you never shut your eye, 'till the sun is in the sky.

As your bright and tiny spark lights the traveller in the dark, Though I know not what you are - twinkle, twinkle little star.

Pat a Cake

Pat a cake, Pat a cake, baker's man

Bake me a cake as fast as you can;

Pat it and prick it and mark it with a 'B',

And put it in the oven for Baby and me.

Pop Goes The Weasel

Alternative Lyrics

A penny for a spool of thread,

A penny for a needle.

That’s the way the money goes,

Pop! goes the weasel.

Alternative Lyrics (2)

Every night when I go out

The monkey's on the table

Take a stick and knock it off

Pop goes the weasel

Alternative Lyrics (3)

Round and round the mulberry bush

The monkey chased the weasel.

The monkey stopped to pull up his socks

And Pop goes the weasel.

Additional Lyrics (4)

I've no time to plead and pine

I've no time to wheedle

Kiss me quick, and then I'm gone

Pop! Goes the weasel"

Alternative Lyrics (5)

All around the cobbler's Bench

The monkey chased the weasel.

The monkey thought it all in fun,

Pop, goes the weasel.

Rock a Bye Baby

Rock a bye baby on the tree top,

When the wind blows the cradle will rock,

When the bough breaks the cradle will fall,

And down will come baby, cradle and all.

Little Bo Peep story

Little Bo peep has lost her sheep

And doesn't know where to find them.

Leave them alone and they'll come home,

Bringing their tails behind them.

Little Bo peep fell fast asleep

And dreamt she heard them bleating,

But when she awoke, she found it a joke,

For they were all still fleeting.

Then up she took her little crook

Determined for to find them.

She found them indeed, but it made her heart bleed,

For they left their tails behind them.

It happened one day, as Bo peep did stray

Into a meadow hard by,

There she espied their tails side by side

All hung on a tree to dry.

She heaved a sigh, and wiped her eye,

And over the hillocks went rambling,

And tried what she could,

As a shepherdess should,

To tack again each to its lambkin.
