三、书面表达
（一）通知
通知主要是传达事情或召开会议所用的一种文体。从语言表达上看，通知司分为吊圆
通知和口头通知两大类。口头通知比较灵活，简要，用词口语化，开头往往有一个称呼语。
结尾不一定写出发通知的部门；书面通知强调语句简练，用词贴切，完全书面化。因为是书
面通知，会公布出来，不用称呼语，但是需要有发通知的部门或单位及通知发出的时间。
1.书面通知：假如你是学生会干部，要写一则书面通知，通知如下事项：
内容：邀请北京大学外语系外籍教授David Rogers先生举行“基础英语语法”(Essential English Grammar)讲座，讲座完毕，放映英语片《白雪公主》；
时间：下星期五下午2：30,2008年12月20；
地点：学校礼堂(school auditorium)；
注意：词数80-100。

2.口头通知：假如你是班长，受班委会委托，要向全班做一个口头通知。请根据下列内
容用英语拟一个口头通知稿。
