[摘要] 目的让护工掌握老年精神科的陪护知识和技能,提高护工的综合素质,服务好老

年精神病患者。方法于常州市德安医院制定护工职责、管理制度、培训大纲,由护理人员对

护工采用集中培训、个别辅导及规范化管理,让护工掌握老年精神病患者简单的病情观察和生活护理技能。结果护工的综合素质尤其病情观察能力、生活护理能力水平和服务质量均得到

显著提高。结论对老年精神科护工进行规范化培训和管理,能提高护工的综合素质能力,达

到了患者、医院、护工3方均满意的结果。

Standardized Training and Management of Elderly Psychiatric Nurses

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to enable nursing workers to master the knowledge and skills of nursing care in the elderly psychiatrics, to improve the comprehensive quality of care workers,and to serve the elderly patients with mental illness. Methods Setting up the nursing staff’s responsibility, management system and training program and centralized training and individual counseling in De'an Hospital of Changzhou City were adopted by the nursing staff to help master the simple condition and life nursing skills of the elderly mental patients. Results The comprehensive quality of nursing care workers, especially the ability of observation, the ability of living and nursing, and the quality of service were significantly improved. Conclusion The standardized training and management of the elderly psychiatric nurses can improve their comprehensive quality and reach the satisfactory results of the patients, hospital and nursing care workers.

随着我国老龄化时代的到来,老年精神病患者数量也随之有较大幅度的增长,而老年精神病患者常因躯体疾病和年龄等问题,个人生活需要陪护人员予以协助料理,与此同时,患者家属常因工作等问题没有时间和精力在院陪护,因此,护工随之孕育而生。据调查:94.12%患者认为医院有必要为患者提供专职陪护服务[1]。为弥补护理人力资源的相对不足,满足患者的

需求,由护工承担护理中非技术性、非专业性工作,使护士能更好地集中精力完成护理中技术
