论行政领导者的基本素质
摘要
行政管理者的素质在行政管理中有着重要作用。行政领导者的素质是进行有效领导的重要条件，那么在这充满机遇与挑战的时代，作为新时期的领导者，应该具备以下基本素质: 良好的政治素质、精湛的法律素质、广博的知识素质、健康的身心素质、正确果断的决策能力、良好的选才用人能力、处理危机的应变能力、带领学习、实践能力的基本素质。领导素质是领导行为的内在渊源，是开展领导活动的前提与基础,同时也影响着领导效能，可见领导者的素质在行政领导过程中有着重要的作用,要想增强行政领导整体影响力，就必须下大力气提高自身的基本素质和能力素养。
