高等院校实验室建设与管理

摘要高校实验室是教学、科研的重要基地，在高等教育中有着不可低估的作用。在科技

教育高度发展的今天，应该把实验室建设和学科建设、专业建设有机而紧密地结合起来，建设一个具有跨学科、跨专业功能的综合实验中心，以使实验资源得到充分、合理、有效的利用，避免重复建设与资金的浪费。以信息化管理的手段，改革实验教学内容，提高实验教学水平。

Construction and Management of Laboratory in Higher Education//Su Jilai

Abstract Laboratory is the base of teaching and scientific research, it plays an important role in higher education. With the development of education in science and technology, laboratory construction, subject construction and speciality construction should be integrated effectively to construct a comprehensive experiment center which is able to span specialities and subjects. So the resources of experiment can be total utilized reasonably and effectively to avoid repeated construction and waste of funds. Then we can reform the contents of experiment teaching to improve the level of experiment teaching by means of information-based management.

随着教育的高速发展，高等院校对实验室的建设越来越重视，投入大量的财力、物力，力求改善实验教学的环境和条件。多年来，高校的实验室管理模式大多是实验室分散管理，一直是依据学科专业的设置与资源配置来建设实验室，往往出现重复建设和资源的浪费，极大地减低实验室的利用率。如何建设好实验室，管理好实验室，充分发挥资源的效能是现今高校实验室建设与管理的首要问题。

适应高等教育的发展需要，建设一个具有跨学科、跨专业功能的综合实验中心，将信息化建设和管理纳入日常的工作中，使管理更趋于科学化，则是一个行之有效的方法。
