阜宁县明达初级中学 刘茂伟同志爱岗敬业“阜宁好人”先进事迹 在人生的路上，每个人都在用自身的足迹书写着自己的历史。在市场经济大潮冲击的今天，能以无私的工作态度和忘我的敬业精神在平凡的岗位上默默无闻、无声无息地奉献，虽没有惊天动地的业绩，也没有耀眼光环的荣誉，但却为自己从事的事业付出了满腔热忱，捧出了全部真诚，塑造了一种不平凡的敬业精神。他就是阜宁县明达初级中学普通职工刘茂伟同志。 刘茂伟，男，1963年4月出生，大专学历，他家在响水黄圩。1980年12月参加工作至今，一直在阜宁明达中学，一干就是34年，做的是一种电教工作，事实上涉及到电的事情，他都全身心去做，直到大家满意为止，还成了学校兼职电工。正是这种专业和执着精神，在同事中赢得了口碑，他做到了无愧于自己的道德良心和工作职业。他每学期拍摄录像课200多节，活动镜头和图片上千个，在县级以上媒体宣传报道学校先进经验10多次，维护学校电脑二百多台，为学校节约了近万元电费，学校因此没有出现一次用电安全事故。先后被县局评为优秀报道员，校优秀教学服务奖等荣誉。 一、90岁的老人回到了老家，过起了独居的生活。他的老父亲已经90高龄了，由于他整天从早到晚在学校，白天要维护电脑，每天拍摄三节录像课，晚上还要查看全校电路。遇到突发故障，有时顾不得吃饭和休息。平时根本没有时间陪伴老人说话聊天，更谈不上照顾老人饮食起居。老人看在眼里，悄悄卷起了铺盖，打起了背包，回到了响水老家，一人过起了自顾自的生活。当他忙完一天拖着疲惫身子回到家里，看到老人留言：“儿子，自古忠孝难全，我不影响和拖累你，回去我有亲邻说说话、聊聊天，他们也能帮助我，照顾我，我有事就打电话给你，但你要好好照顾自己，别累坏了身体啊”他哭了，连夜回去，请求老人搬回阜宁，耿直的老人谢绝了。至今，他还感到愧对老人，每每谈及此事，他黯然泪下。 二、善良的妻子回到了家乡，担起了家庭的重担。妻子原本在上海一家私企工作，被老板聘请为高管，月薪三万。当看到和听说丈夫干工作没日没夜，她放不下心了，她心疼了，经过一阵思想斗争，她向老板交了辞职报告。尽管老板真心挽留，她回家了，她要支持丈夫工作，做好丈夫的好后勤，每天的买菜做饭，
