【摘要】Objective Modern pharmacological study and research of traditional Chinese medicine saf lower and clinical application,providing the reference for the clinical application of the drug.Methods By China HowNet (CNKI)detection in the library literature,related to the modern pharmacological research and clinical application of reports collected saf lower ef ect,the modern development and put forward new ideas and views for study.Results The main pharmacological effects of saf lower reflected in improving the circulation system,analgesia,inhibit the apoptosis of nerve cells,the excitement of uterine smooth muscle cells,enhancing immune ability and anti inflammation,made good on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,phlebitis,malignant tumor treatment available.Conclusion The pharmacological action of saf lower wide,has a satisfactory ef ect in the clinical treatment,worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的探讨和研究中药红花的现代药理研究以及临床应用，为临床应用该药物提供思路和参考。方法通过中国知网(CNKI)文库中的相关文献检索，收集中药红花功效的相关现代药理学研究及临床应用报道，对其现代发展及新用提出研究思路与见解。结果红花的主要药理作用体
