高中学生英语书面表达中存在的错误及解决方法(一)

摘要:书面表达在高考中占有相当大的比重。本文就学生在英语书面表达中存在的错误进行了简要分析,并提出了一些解决方法,希望以此提高学生的写作能力。

英语书面表达是高考英语必不可少的题型之一,也是高考英语测试的一个重要方面,旨在考察学生使用基础知识进行表达的能力,看其能否运用掌握的技能,用符合英语习惯的表达方式传递信息和进行思想交流。然而,现今仍有许多学生并不能够很好地掌握这种能力,在此方面失分较多,因此提高广大高中学生的英语书面表达能力势在必行。

那么,要想从根本上提高学生的这种能力,就要找到学生失分的根源,找到他们在书面表达中哪些方面失分严重。也就是说,教师先要了解学生书面表达中存在的形形色色的错误,对其进行分析纠正,想出应对策略,避免以后的考试中再犯类似的错误。

下面以学生的一篇习作为例,对其中学生所犯的错误进行总结,并提出一些解决方法。“目前学校里吃零食的现象严重,经济浪费,有害健康,破坏环境,请写一篇120字左右的文章,评价零食现象。”

英语写作中,学生常出现的错误大致可分为:词汇错误、语法错误、语篇运用错误等。

一、词汇错误

1.拼写错误

由于学生在答题时比较紧张,或者最后时间不够粗心大意、书写不清、字迹潦草亦或记忆混淆等原因常出现拼写错误或造词。Eg:环境:invironment,enviroment;浪费:wast;零食:snach;垃圾:ribbsh;形成:from(form)

2.词性功能概念不清

(1)同一汉语意思的名词、动词、形容词等混用或错用。

Eg:“污染”的名词与动词混用:Ourenvironmenthasbeenpollutionbadly.“健康”的名词与形容词混用:Itisbadforourhealthy.Eatingsnackisnothealth.“有害”:Snackisharmto...

(2)人称代词主宾格混用

Eg:Tokeepour(us)healthy...;makewe(us)keepfit;Wecaneatthey(them)tomakeour(us)healthy. (3)一些形容词、介词词组的错用

Eg:beharmfulfor(to);bebadto(for);begoodto(for);in(on)theotherhand;snackmakesenvironmentmo reandmorebad/baderandbader(worseandworse)

二、语法错误

1.谓语动词误用

许多学生在表达的过程中忽略了句子谓语动词的运用,或者一个简单句中出现两个主要谓语动词,还有学生把be动词和句子谓语动词连用。

2.情态动词误用

情态动词后跟动词原形,而学生往往在其后跟了带to的不定式,或者对于某些情态动词的形式及否定式记忆模糊。

3.非谓语动词误用

此类错误中包括未用动名词做主语,不定式和动名词使用不当等。

(忽略了like,want等词后跟不定式或动名词的形式)

Inordertoourhealth...(这一短语中to为不定式)

由于东西方文化差异和思维差异,许多学生在写英语作文时容易受汉语语言结构和思维习惯的影响,用机械的词词对译的方式,生搬硬套,写出中式英语。
