浅谈建筑防火设计

摘要:由于很多建筑的设计人员不重视建筑物的防火设计，或者由于防火设计不科学等因素，导致了很多建筑物在后期使用中发生了重大的火灾的事故，给人民财产带来重大的损失，我根据自己的多年从业经验以及对防火设计的了解，简单分析下建筑中的防火设计，希望能给其他的建筑设计者带来一些新的思想，下面我就从建筑防火；消防灭火、给水系统; 空调、采暖以及通风系统的防火；防排烟系统；电气火灾以及防火报警控制系统;建筑物防雷电措施等一些方面进行分析。

Abstract: The stock ownership incentive is a modern personnel management reform an important incentive innovation, he created a business miracle be obvious to people, at the same time, we also can not ignore the negative effects of equity incentive to bring. In the real conditions, how to better play the role of the equity incentive, equity incentive can better serve the economic construction of our country, this article carries on the elaboration from the perspective of corporate governance, in order to better play the role of equity incentive, make our national enterprises can make good use of this kind of incentive tools.

引言

建筑物的防火设计在工程安全方面是不可缺少的,它主要有防火、防爆等科学技术。防火

防爆技术主要包括火灾防治的技术方法与基础原理，防止爆炸设计和灾害防治设计技术。火灾的防治部分主要包括火灾扑救、烟气控制、火灾预防与火灾的燃烧基础;爆炸灾害的防治部分主要分为灾害控制技术与非人控爆炸基础, 灾害控制技术与人控爆炸基础等内容。下面我就对以上方面进行一些简单的分析。

建筑设计防火采用的的技术措施按工种来分包括五个方面: 建筑防火;消防灭火、给水系统; 空调采暖通风系统防火,防排烟系统;电气火灾以及防火报警控制系统;建筑物防雷措施等。
