1. Show some pictures on the big screen. Tell Ss they are

Chinese paper cuttings. It’s one of the Chinese traditional arts.

2. Ask some Ss say what they know about the folk or

traditional arts.

Tell Ss the following is about three kinds of Chinese

traditional arts.

Step 2. Look at the pictures in the text and answer the

question.
