1.Very slow

2.No graphic workflow

3.No transition support

4.Can not easily filter incidents by owner and status

5.Can not build query on fields

6.Email notification – filter condition only consists of Status and Priority fields

7.Mix users (agents) and customers

8.No customer view. Can not see the list of all customers. Really stupid design. – difficult to

manage customers

9.it is cumbersome to enter password every time you make some changes as an Admin

1.Web-based Admin – can do every settings through Web

2.Simple GUI

3.Built-in Remote control

4.Built-in Instant talk

5.Global incident support

6.Email notification options can be overwritten by support engineer for each issue when they

perform editing

7.Support more field types: Real Number, Web Site, Email Address, etc.

8.Can assign some project administration tasks to support engineers (who are not project admin

or system admin)

9.support configuration items (CI)
