大坝安全监测设备宣传册

简介

水利部南京水利水文自动化研究所(南自所)迁建于1981年,是水利部直属的专业从事水利水电工程及相关领域自动化、信息化应用的研究机构。下设大坝安全监测事业部、水情遥测事业部、水文监测事业部、水资源管理与水生态监测事业部和防汛设备厂等。南京达捷大坝安全技术发展公司是南自所下属的、于1993年在南京高新技术开发区注册的具有独立法人的企业,大坝安全监测事业部与南京达捷大坝安全技术发展公司实行一体化运行和管理。

水利部水文水资源监控工程技术研究中心设在我所,我所在大坝安全监测、水情自动测报、水资源监控与调度、水环境监测与水生态保护、山地灾害监测预警、节水与灌区信息化、水土保持监测等领域的研究与国际先进水平同步发展。其中在水文仪器和岩土工程监测仪器和系统研制开发方面处于国内领先水平,部分产品达到国际先进水平,并出口欧美、非洲及东南亚国家。N a n j i n g A u t o m a t i o n I n s t i t u t e o f Wa t e r Conservancy and Hydrology (NSY) was founded in 1981, subordinate to Ministry of Water Resources (Hereinafter “MWR”), specialized in water conservancy& hydropower engineering as well as the application of automation and IT technology in water-related sectors. Hydrology &Water Resources Monitoring Engineering Technology Research Centre, MWR is also located in NSY. NSY has under it 5 departments as Department of Dam Safety Monitoring, Department of Hydro-regime Telemetry, Department of Hydrology Monitoring, Department of Water Resources Management& Water Ecology Monitoring and Flood-Control Equipment Factory. Nanjing DAGE Dam Safety Technology Development Co. was set up in 1993, subordinate to NSY, specialized in research on safety monitoring methods and techniques of hydraulic structures as dams and other geotechnical engineerings.

现有职工40余人,其中各类专业技术人员20余

人,包括教授级高级工程师2人,高级工程师和

博士硕士10人。集中了水工结构、工程力学、

传感器、精密仪器仪表、自动控制、微电子、

光电子、通信技术和计算机硬件、软件等方面

的中高级人才。下设办公室、市场部、技术

部、工程部、质检部五个部门。At present, Department of Dam Safety Monitoring, NSY/ Nanjing DAGE Dam Safety Technology Development Co. has about more than 40 employees including 20-odd technicians in varieties of specialties, 2 professorate senior engineers, 10 senior engineers, masters and doctors, majoring in hydraulic engineering, engineering mechanics, sensor, precision instrumentation, automatic control, microelectronic, photoelectron, communication technology, hardware, software, etc.. NSY pays great attention to quality, possessing

eligible production capacity and well-established

quality assurance system. Since 2000, NSY has

begun to build up quality management system

certificate of ISO9001:2000 in 2006. Flood Control

Equipment Factory, NSY has received CMC

certificate, and Inspecting and Testing Centre

for Hydrological& Geotechnical Instrument’

s Quality, MWR. has received CMA certificate.

These certificates guarantee the reliable quality of

designing, manufacturing, inspection and after-

sales service of our products. Main products

of NSY have been awarded National Industrial

Since its establishment, Department of Dam Safety

Monitoring, NSY/ Nanjing DAGE Dam Safety

Technology Development Co. has won two items

National Scientific and Technological Advancement

Prize, six items of ministry level / provincial

Scientific and Technological Advancement Prize,

two national invention patents and nine utility

model patents. It has undertaken three “948”

projects, one MOST (Ministry of Science and

Technology) innovation fund projects, two agro-

tech achievements transformation fund projects.

It has compiled varieties of national and trade

standards. Systems developed and instruments

manufactured by NSY have been successfully

applied in more than 300 projects.

适用范围:

大坝及其它水工建筑物、边坡、供水工程、交通工程、尾矿工程等,适用于中小型、大型、特大型自动化监测系统工程。

系统构成:

系统由监测仪器、测量控制装置(MCU )、监控主机、系统软件及配套电源和通讯设施等组成。

系统应用:

已在三峡水利枢纽、葛洲坝水利枢纽、潘家口水库、观音阁水库、飞来峡水利枢纽、乐昌峡水利枢纽、天荒坪抽水蓄能电站、十三陵抽水蓄能电站、丹江口水库、黄壁庄水库、岩滩水电站、陈村水电站、金鸡拦河闸、北溪拦河

闸、上海风电、云浮尾矿库、南山尾矿库、漓铁尾矿库、缅甸太平江、柬埔寨斯登沃代等?300?多个大中型工程中推广

应用。

系统特点:

DG 型智能分布式安全监测系统采用模块化、分布式网络结构,具有组网方便、可靠性高、稳定性好、防雷抗干扰能力强、经济实用等特点。

每台?MCU 由不同类型的智能采集模块、通讯模块、电源模块、防雷模块、人工比测模块和密封机箱组成;

可接入步进光电式、CCD 光电式、差动电阻式、振弦式、电感式、电阻式等各类传感器;

每个模块具有独立的?CPU 、时钟、数据存储、数据通讯、测量等电路,每个模块可配置?4~16?个通道;

采用支持多介质、多结点、多主从结构的现场总线,可采用双绞线、光纤、超短波、PSDN 、GSM 、GPRS/CDMA 、局域网等通信介质构建现场通信网络。

Configuration :

DG Distributed Automatic Dam Safety Monitoring System is composed of the monitoring transducer, MCU, computer, software, power supply and communication facility.

Configuration of MCU: intelligent data collection module, communication module, anti-lightening module, manual comparative measuring module and a sealed cabinet.

Transducers connected: step motor model, CCD model, differential resistance model, steel string model, inductance model, and resistance model.

Configuration of module: CPU, clock, data storage circuit, data communication circuit, data measurement circuit, with 4 or 16 cannels.Characteristics of communication: Field BUS is multi-medium, with multiple levels of master-slave architecture and flexible configuration. SZY Series Strain Meter is developed to measure stress and strain of geotechnical

engineerings, concrete structures, steel pipes,volutes, and steel plates. It can also measure the

temperature of measuring points.

SZF 系列型差动电阻式测缝计(裂缝计、位移计)用于监测岩土工程建筑物的接

缝和位移、结构物伸缩缝(或裂缝)以及结构物的位移量,并可同时测量埋设点的温

度。配套附件可组成多点位移计、基岩变位计、表面裂缝计等变形监测仪器。

SZF Series Jointmenter is used to measure the opening of joints and displacement of structures

in geotechnical constructions. It can also measure the temperature of measuring points. Multi-

point extensometer, bedrock extensometer and surface crack meter can be compsoed by Model

SZF Jointmeter and other components.

同深度多个移动面和区域的变位,可组成?2~6?点差动电阻式多点位移计。

SZF-D Series Multi-point Rod Extensometer is used to monitor multiple moving sections at different depths. It provides 2~6 points’ monitoring.

SZJB?系列型差动电阻式基岩变位计用于长期监测基岩钻孔的轴向变形。适用于埋设在重力坝坝基、拱坝的拱座、岩体边坡、隧洞衬砌等部位。配?SZF?系列型测缝计,用于长期监测基岩变形,可兼测测点的温度。

Modal SZJB Bedrock Extensometer is embedded in bases of gravity dams, abutments of arc dams, side slopes of rock masses and tunnel liners. Integrated with Model SZF Jointmeter, it can monitor the deformation of bedrocks and measure the temperature of measuring points for a long time.
