9月2日
实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动;只
是突然就紧张忙碌起来了。。。
看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。
之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，这是盘锦市唯一的朝鲜族学校，有朝中。还有朝小。因为我家就住这座城市。所以上下班很轻松……
一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有xxx小学也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。因为我是日语专业所以分配到了初一二班。还给我们分了办公桌。
上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢!这样更真实也更容易
接近。今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。明天开始正式上课，今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。然后去了，初中办公室，我们都一起聊了聊。有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。就这样今天就回家，准备明天上战场。
9月3日
经过这次与实习单位领导的座谈会，我更加肯定作为一个人民教师应该具备的技能与理念：
首先，做好一个教师，人格以及德育工作是摆在第一位的;
其次，良好的师生关系，加强沟通管理能力是一个成功老师必要的技能;
再次，掌握先进的教学设备，教学理念也是非常重要的;
第四，教学过程中，更加应该强调学生的主动性，从老师教到学生主动学习转化;
第五，多听课，多交流，多思考，多询问，多学习;
最后，安例的积累，比如突法事件的处理等等方面的知识。
这个星期教学内容还是广播体操为主，经过两三个星期的教学，学生们基本可以将整套广播体操做下来，但是不太熟悉，动作做不到位，所以接下来的工作就是复习，慢慢的跟上音乐的节奏进行练习，以达到应有的水平。
9月4日
下午第二节就是日语，我去听课，做了听课记录。是最有经验的党支部书记的日语课。叫金娟老师，她被评为市优秀党代表，市优秀班主任，省优秀教师，班主任等等称号。而且参加中考日语出卷，参加省朝鲜族日语论谈等等。。就是我要学习崇拜敬佩而要学习的老师。我认真笔记的她说的每个字。和同学们的互动，为了即将上讲台的我做好准备。
在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这几个月。
希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。。。
9月5日
昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我
头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。
今天下午主任上了节班会课，课上老师总结一周班级的
基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。主任用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着主任看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……
跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降
大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。
9月6日
我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家:无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话:心高人又懒，眼高手低!
9月8日
大学教育是将简单的东西复杂化，而中学教育是将复杂的东西简单化，他有一个固定的模式。到时候教学相长，边教边补还来得及。我想最难的是如何引导学生。我们都是从学生过来的，我们都深深的明白一个好老师对学生的影响。有时候我们的教学理念有时候可能会左右一个学生的一生!当然，我
并不是什么经验丰厚的专家，甚至什么经验都没有，只是对最近实习心得和各位同仁讨论一下而已。以下总结出三点。

我今天见了河南封丘县xxx中学的张校长。对河南封丘县xxx中学有了一个初步的认识，这个学校历史悠久，升学率很高。希望自己在这的这学期可以学到不少东西，我一定要努力。

一个礼拜很快就过去了，刚开始的紧张没那么厉害了。
早上虽然要很早地出门，不过还是精神很好，一天的工作即将开始，总觉得每天的工作就是那么按部就班，听课让我
看到了不同的老师上课的分格当然也让自己学会了一些技巧，写教案也在老师的指导下慢慢改进，懂得了不少写教案的方法。
10 月10 日（星期一）

比起在学校里苦思冥想确实是熟练了。虽然和班级里的
同学接触不是很多，可是也知道了一些同学的名字并且能对上号。只是觉得每天帮班主任的事做的还不是很多，总觉得自己帮不上什么忙。下个礼拜就要正式上课了，又开始紧张了。容易紧张总归不是一件好事。

今天楼梯上听到的“老师好”让我觉得真的很别扭，不
过也很开心，自己已经为人师表了，真是有历史意义的一天。
下午帮班主任去监考，虽然自己一个人第一次监考，可是，当我说了一声“开始考试了哦”本来闹烘烘的教室顿时安静下来，觉得他们真的很乖。很懂事，考试进行的很顺利，他们也很配合我，真的是群很可爱的孩子。

今天是自己第一次上讲台,以前都是在同学面前上课而且都是非正式的,突然要面对52个高中生还有两个听课老师,心里还真是忐忑不安呢,前两天一直在听课包括李艳的,都讲的很好,轮到自己上讲台才发现自己还真是不行.怕时间掌握不好,怕声音不够响亮,怕自己说错,怕~~~早上早早地来到了学校。10月17日（星期一）

今天批阅了两个班的周记，除却之前固有烦恼诉说，还有学生提起了我，我非常开心。今天上午听了两节课，同样的
内容，教法不同，因为一个实验班一个普通班，也算是因材施教了。

时间很快都过了一个月了。快要考试了。
今天我跟着李老师在9班。明后两天县里进行月考。李老师帮两班进行了知识梳理，并且说了一些考试注意事项，毕竟这是同学们上高中的第一次大考，而且还没有分班，所以考试也还是很繁重的，同学们都很紧张。

说考试，考试马上就到了。今天我要监考。
由于李老师自己的事情很多，所以我帮忙着他进行监考。熟悉了监考的整个流程，明白了监考老师也有很多辛苦。看着学生们紧张的面孔，看着他们认真的在卷子上作答。一分耕耘一分收获。
10月28 日（星期五）
工作安排及记录
我今天在办公室帮助老师们改卷子。卷子是流水线改的，我需要批改的是选择题。也看得出来。一些学生还存在着让老师猜或者存着侥幸心理说老师看错。譬如，有些学生在D中加一横，让阅卷老师猜着给分。明明是单选，居然还有个别学生双选了。这些问题就要在课堂上向学生提醒。

今天要讲月考卷子。发卷子后，看到分数，同学们还都是有那么一丝紧张。
李老师在9班讲解了试卷，从字词的梳理解释，到如何让做选择题，一一细致讲解，也为学生拓展了许多知识并教授了一些可行性的做题技巧。学生在这次检验中也注意到了很多问题，有利于他们从初中生到高中生的转变。
11月1日（星期二）
我今天上的分别为第一、二节。讲解了诗歌解读与阅读理解，这些都要在一节课内完成。至于阅读理解，我采取了立
足于原本，从问题出发，在原本中勾出相关句，在根据问题来进行解答。学生反映很好。

在开例会时年级组长提到了期中考试马上就要到了，让老师们做好准备。

前两天李老师生病了,我和杨老师一起去他家看望他,让他开心了好久,嘻嘻,就是要让李老师惊喜一下.
11月4日（星期五）
今天学生们在课堂上表演了《我有一个梦想》，学生们都很认真了准备。李老师的目的是，让同学们亲自去感受作者的感受。
今天回到家，我也深深的感觉到自己也要努力加油，努力去实现自己的梦想。正如李老师说的，每个人都有梦想，梦想是支撑我们努力的动力。
11月7 日（星期一）
今天又是听课，李老师和同学们说了期中考试的事，让大家做好准备，同学们个个紧张。其实月考也才刚刚过去。
我只希望这些学生早日解脱高中的苦日子吧。
11月8日（星期二）
今天要《邹忌讽齐王纳谏》的讲解，刚开始有些紧张。
主要的课堂步骤就是：分段细细品读，立足文章字里行间所透露出来的思想情感，我带着学生去品，让他们说出自己的感悟，我再加以补充或者纠正。在学生疲惫之师，我再说一个与课文相关的知识，这样不会让学生觉得课堂空洞无聊。
11月9日（星期三）
今天我处理了《邹忌讽齐王纳谏》的课后习题，并讲解
了练习册。在课堂上还剩与十几分钟，最后我让同学们进行表演。大家兴趣盎然，课后李老师也说方法用的好，这样能吸引学生，带动大家的兴趣。
11月10日（星期四）
实习已经快俩个月的。我写的教案也在老师的指导下慢
慢改进，懂得了不少写教案的方法，比起在学校里苦思冥想确实是熟练了。虽然和班级里的同学接触不是很多，可是也知道了一些同学的名字并且能对上号。
