第一步：认真审题

审题是写作的第一步，也是也是抓住写作要害的第一步。审题对了也就成功了一半，审题错了，那就全盘皆输。

考研作文切忌信手拈来，提笔就写，根本不审题，想到哪儿就写到哪儿，或完全凭自己想象编故事，置考试要求于不顾，典型的“下笔千言，离题万里”。所以，考生在审题时候，要仔细阅读试题要求及相关信息，如图表、图画、数字等，准确把握出题者意图。有相当一部分同学答题的思路就是错误的，没有审题习惯，或担心时间不够草草审题，最后发现文不对题，草草收场，这必然会影响写作的质量，同时也影响了英语成绩。

第二步：草列提纲

审清图画或图表，不仅是为了抓住主题，而且还为了抓住首段描述的要点，以及中间段论证的方向。考生在审题的同时，需要列出写作的提纲。因为考试规定的时间是很有限的，所以不能花太多时间准备一个详细的提纲，但关键词提纲或粗略提纲还是非常有必要的。首段描述哪些要点，用什么句式，如何把这些要

点衔接在一起;中间段准备用哪种论述框架，是原因分析、意义分析还是利弊分析，从哪些角度分析;结尾段是总结评论还是提出建议措施，从哪些角度提建议。这些都要心中有数。对考前精心准备的写作框架和语言素材进行整理，形成一个基本的框架。

第三步：行文

为了避免太多单词拼写错误，语法错误，不要为了追求词语的华丽而堆积一些自己也没把握的单词，不要刻意追求长句而写一些自己不知对错的有多个从句组成的长句。最好选择自己最有把握的词汇，短语，句式。

前后及段落之间在逻辑关系上要紧密衔接，不能把没有任何逻辑关系的词放在一起。可以用恰当的关联词把思想连贯的表达出来。切忌胡子眉毛一把抓，词语堆积，不伦不类。

绝对不能字数不够，即使一句话颠来倒去说也要凑够字数。字数不够，即使写的非常精彩，也不能拿高分。

第四步：通读检查

在答完题之后，考生一定要留出两三分钟的时间来检查。里面有些小错误一眼就能发现，比如时态、主谓、单复数是否一致;关联词、固定搭配、习惯用语是否正确;拼写和标点符号等。但是不要大幅度进行修改，更不要因为修改破坏卷面整洁，影响阅卷老师心情。

On the first day, we got up early and went to the Great Wall. We climbed thousands of steps and took many pictures on the wall. It’s so great and splendid! After we returned from the Great Wall, we went to the Palace Museum. There are lots of art works in it. On the second day, we went to the Forbidden City. We visited several ancient buildings in which the emperors had lived for many years. From there, we took a subway to go shopping on a well-known street called Wangfujing. On the last day, we went to the Summer Palace. We spent the whole day traveling on a boat. I think the Summer Palace is a huge garden. Before we finished our trip, we had a big dinner at a famous restaurant. We all have a good memory in Beijing and I’m looking forward to going there once again!
